24 BUSINESS MODEL PREVIEW & LIVE PHASE IMPLEMENTATION COSTS The implementation costs for agreed travel assistant and commercial use cases are offered by Axon Vibe to the PTO. SUCCESS FEES For travel assistance use cases that have a measurable positive impact (e.g. reduction of peaks) Axon Vibe receives a success fee. REVENUE SHARE For commercial use cases and seamless ticketing the revenue is shared between the PTO and Axon Vibe as defined in the Agreement AXON VIBE AG
