9 MID TERM Why our mid term inspections are so good Mid term reports are a quick and simple way to check that the tenant is looking after the property, as per the rental agreement, as well as allowing you to record any maintenance issues. The report is set out like a checklist. If the question is not relevant, then simply leave it as N/A and it will not appear on the finished report.
