2 Overview Euro Food Brands is the supplier and brand ambassador for a number of specialist international products in the UK, such as Carapelli olive oil, Hershey s chocolate and Illy coffee. Euro Food Brands Northampton, UK Brand Specialist The Challenge As the UK s sole distributor of Illy coffee, Euro Food Brands regularly audits and maintains all Illy coffee machines as part of its service to the brand. The problem the company was facing however was that this entire process was paperbased. Besides being a huge waste of resources (paper, ink, post and printing), it was time consuming, inefficient and prone to human error. Requirement The company wanted to digitise this auditing process in order to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and enhance the overall service it was providing to its customers.

This has further increased the speed at which staff complete audits on ipads since they are only prompted to answer questions based on their previous responses. 8 THESOLUTION 05 As soon as the audit has been completed the user signs off the form. Signature capture is date and time stamped for proof of completion. All job data is sent back to Euro Food Brands own mpro5 management website hosted in the cloud with Microsoft Azure where reports can be generated immediately.
