1 THE ALLIED SIDING AND WINDOWS DINNER WITH A WINNER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Allied Siding and Windows DINNER WITH A WINNER Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) will begin on June 13, 2018 and end on July 9, 2018 ( Sweepstakes Period ). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Allied Siding and Windows ( Sponsor ) and is administered by Noisemaker Communications, LLC ( Administrator ). The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes Period at their sole discretion. This Sweepstakes will be conducted via online entry at and via on site entry at designated locations during the Sweepstakes Period. Bonus entries will tallied through Facebook Facebook.com/AlliedSidingandWindowsTX from a link on the Sweepstakes page on the website. One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries and will be invited, along with one guest of the winner s selection, to have dinner with Nolan Ryan on the evening of Thursday, July 26, 2018 at a restaurant in downtown Houston, Texas. The restaurant will be selected at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Administrator. The grand prize has an estimated retail value of $ USD and does not include travel expenses incurred by a winner or guest who do not reside in the Greater Houston area. Any travel-related or transportation expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Additionally, five (5) second prizes, each consisting of a baseball autographed by Nolan Ryan, will be awarded in the same manner. Each second prize has an estimated retail value of $250 USD. HOW TO ENTER: Legal residents of the state of Texas, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of their registration, may participate in this Sweepstakes. Those who currently or temporarily reside in any other US state, as well as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other US territories, or any foreign country, are not eligible and may not enter. To participate in the Sweepstakes, participants must do one or more of the following before the end of the Sweepstakes Period: 1. Go to the Sweepstakes Page at and complete the required entry information which includes the entrant s name, address, and phone number. 2. Complete an entry form at any of the Sweepstakes Registration Stations which include:

2 o The Allied Siding and Windows Showroom at SH 249, Ste.100, Tomball, TX during regular business hours during the Sweepstakes Period. o The Allied Siding and Windows booth at the City of Tomball s 4 th of July Celebration on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 from 2 PM until 8 PM CST. o The Allied Siding and Windows display at the Sugar Land Skeeters baseball games at Constellation Field, 1 Stadium Drive in Sugar Land, Texas 77498, on June 15, 2018 and June 28, These dates are subject to change, cancellation, or rain out. o Additional registration opportunities may be staged at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Administrator and will be posted on the Sweepstakes page at and the Allied Siding and Windows Facebook page. o After completing an online entry on the Sweepstakes page at entrants may receive a bonus entry by liking the Allied Siding and Windows Facebook page. 3. One online entry per person per household will be allowed during the Sweepstakes Period. 4. Unlimited handwritten entries will be allowed at the onsite Sweepstakes Entry Stations. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. 5. By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Sweepstakes rules. 6. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant s online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the of social media account at the time the entry was made. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: 1. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state of Texas, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of their registration. Those who currently or temporarily reside in any other US state, as well as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other US territories, or any foreign country, are not eligible and may not enter.

Employees of Allied Siding and Windows, Noisemaker Communications, the Sugar Land Skeeters, Constellation Field, as well as employees of companies who compete with Allied Siding and Windows in the home improvement, home renovation, or home repair business, along with their officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, promotional partners, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent), and members of the households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in or win this Sweepstakes. PRIZE: 3. Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide with any applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. The grand prize is dinner for two persons with Nolan Ryan on the evening of Thursday, July 26, 2017 at a restaurant in downtown Houston selected at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Administrator. The prize has an estimated retail value of $ USD and does not include travel expenses incurred by a winner or guest who do not reside in the Greater Houston area. Any travel-related or transportation expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Additionally, five (5) second prizes, each consisting of a baseball autographed by Nolan Ryan, will be awarded in the same manner. Each second prize has an estimated retail value of $250. The grand prize may not be transferred to a third party or bartered, traded, sold or redeemed for cash, except as determined by the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator at their sole discretion. EXECUTION: 1. On or about Tuesday, July 10, 2018, one (1) grand prize winner and five (5) second prize winners will be randomly drawn by the Sweepstakes Administrator from all eligible entries received online and onsite. 2. All winners will be notified by phone and/or within 24 hours of the drawing. 3. If, after three (3) days from the selection date, documented attempts by the Administrator and/or the Sponsor to contact the grand prize winner are unsuccessful, or if the winner is determined to be ineligible by the Administrator, or fails to claim the prize, a second winner will be selected in the manner

4 prescribed by the Sweepstakes Rules. Winners of second prizes will have up to sixty (60) days to claim their prizes at the Allied Siding and Windows showroom of their choice. 4. All decisions made by the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator regarding any aspect of this Sweepstakes are final. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 1. All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the prize and will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year for tax purposes. A copy of said form will be filed with the IRS as required by law. 2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 3. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 4. By entering the Sweepstakes, all participants agree to the use of their name, voice, photographic or video image or likeness in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation. By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and to abide by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor, and Administrator retain the right to disqualify any Sweepstakes entrant if all Sweepstakes rules are not followed. 1. By accepting the prize, all winners acknowledge that Allied Siding and Windows has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to the quality of the wall graphic for any general or specific marketing or entertainment purpose.

By accepting the prize, all winners agree to complete the affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability provided by the Administrator, and to hold the Sponsor, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the awarding and delivery of the grand prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes. 3. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules but entrants may be contacted by representatives of Allied Siding and Windows to determine the entrant s interest in products and services they offer. Additionally, entrants will be added to the Allied Siding and Windows database, with subsequent opt-out and unsubscribe options. 4. Allied Siding and Windows and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for the inability of any Sweepstakes entrant to complete or continue an internet or Facebook registration due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, including any injury or damage to any computer or device arising from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Entries submitted during onsite Sweepstakes Registration points may not be duplicated or mechanically reproduced. In addition, the Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, incorrectly posted or incomplete Sweepstakes entries. Entry data that has been tampered with or altered is void. 5. The Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Sweepstakes Rules, the selection and announcement of the prize winner, or fulfillment of the grand prize.

This Sweepstakes is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administrated by or associated with Facebook, the City of Tomball, Constellation Field or the Sugar Land Skeeters or any other entity or enterprise other than the Sponsor or the Administrator. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor or the Administrator and not to Facebook or any other enterprise. 7. If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is determined to be incapable of execution as planned, including without limitation, the unavailability of Nolan Ryan, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts, criminal acts of third parties, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor s or Administrator s control which, in the sole opinion of Allied Siding and Windows, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and the Administrator reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or to reschedule the staging and fulfillment of the grand prize dinner at their sole discretion. 8. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
