5 How does EPICC work? 1. Enter your customer s details Simply add your customers to the EPICC platform, with details including their name, address, premium amount as well as the customer payment options you wish to offer them. 2. Branded e-invoice sent to your customer Your customer receives a branded outlining their payment options as well as instructions on how to pay. You receive copies of all communications too. 3. Customer pays Your customer selects their chosen payment options from the . Here your customers can update and confirm their application details and pay on finance or in full by card, cheque or bank transfer. 4. Payment notifications sent Both you and your customer will receive payment confirmations via . You will be able to view the payment status of all your customers and manage them in full. Confirmation s can also be sent to your accounts team. 5.
