INTERNET ACCESS REQUESTED BUT NOT REQUIRED The NORTHWEST FLORIDA BEACHES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ( ECP ) is the operator and sponsor of the Plan Your Escape Sweepstakes with American Airlines Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ), which begins and ends on the following days and times: Begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time on May 23, Ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on June 12, ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Sweepstakes entry. Employees, officers and directors of ECP (the Sponsor ), American Airlines (the Prize Sponsor ), WKNK-FM Powell Broadcasting Company, the Panama City Bay County Airport and Industrial District, the Moore agency, and their respective parent companies; affiliates; subsidiaries; advertising, marketing and promotion agencies; and contest and fulfillment sub-contractors in any way associated with the Sweepstakes, (collectively, Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties ) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating, you ( Participant ) agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and Prize Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE ON LINE: To participate in the Sweepstakes online, go to iflybeaches.com/sweepstakes (the "Website") during the Sweepstakes Period to gain access to the Sweepstakes entry form which will live on the Website. To become an eligible Participant, you must do all of the following: a. Log in to the entry form with your , Facebook, twitter, Instagram, or YouTube account information; b. Fill in all information fields including your full legal name, age, address and phone number. c. Read and agree online to these Official Rules; d. Click the submit icon to complete your entry into the Sweepstakes;

Earn additional points, which are equivalent to additional entries, by visiting iflybeaches on Instagram (1 point for a visit, no additional points for subsequent visits), following iflybeaches on Twitter, visiting the Plan Your Escape Page at (daily entry allowed for 1 point per day), +5 points for signing up for the ECP newsletter, visiting the iflybeaches Facebook Page (1 point for a visit, no additional points for subsequent visits), checking in to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport on Facebook (1 point for a checkin, no additional points for subsequent checkins), visiting the Website and clicking the Daily Bonus Entry button in the entry form and entering the requested information (daily entry allowed for 1 point per day), watch the Escape YouTube Video by clicking the Youtube button on the entry form on the Website, and announcing your participation in the Sweepstakes on Twitter by clicking the Twitter button provided on the Website (can only be done once for a total of 1 point). f. You will receive a submission confirmation message on the Website as well as an automatic to the provided address confirming your entry into the Sweepstakes. 3. In order to receive the additional points described above, you must be logged into the Sweepstakes on the Website. Normally you will remain logged into the Sweepstakes but if you have been logged out either manually, due to settings on your device, or otherwise, you will need to log back into the Sweepstakes on the Website in order to accrue additional points. If you are unsure if you are logged in or if you are unsure if you have received points, visit the Website to see if your action for additional points was counted. If it was not, log back into the Sweepstakes. Only actions and associated points that are shown as counted on the Website will count in the Sweepstakes and increase your number of points. 4. Limit of one (1) entry per address for the Sweepstakes. More than one entry received from a single address during the Sweepstakes Period will void all entries from that address. However, an entry may accumulate additional points as described above. All online entries must include a valid account for the Participant. All entries must be received between 12 a.m. Central Time on May 23, 2018 and 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on June 12, 2018 (the Sweepstakes Period ). 5. ALTERNATIVE PARTICIPATION: To participate in the Sweepstakes by mail, you may request a Sweepstakes entry form by US Mail, postage prepaid, addressed to Plan Your Escape Sweepstakes with American Airlines, Moore, Attn: Katie Spillman, 2011 Delta Blvd, Tallahassee, FL Both your request for an entry form and the properly completed entry form must be received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. The entry form will require you to give the same information required online, except that your address will not be required and Page 2 of 9

3 you will be required to provide a valid mailing address. You may not enter a Sweepstakes both online and by mail. 6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE FOR EACH SWEEPSTAKES: The Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ), including any applicable taxes and fees, of each Grand Prize is $2,000 USD. Each Grand Prize winner will be awarded an American Airlines mileage certificate for 50,000 mile with a AVR of $2,000. The winner may transfer this mileage certificate to an AAdvantage account to book flights from ECP to marketed, domestic American Airlines routes within the contiguous United States, consisting of the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Each Grand Prize winner will be presented with an American Airlines mileage certificate code calling out the amount of mileage rewarded at 50,000 miles. The instructions will include a code and directions to set up and redeem their AAdvantage mileage certificate for their selected domestic route from ECP to marketed American Airlines routes within the United States. Winners will be instructed to go to to obtain an American Airlines AAdvantage number. Upon enrolling, winners must redeem the certificate by visiting Second Prize Winners: Thirteen Second Prize Winners will receive an insulated acrylic cup with lid and straw and luggage tags valued less than $20 combined for a total value of $260 in Second Prizes. TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $4,260 USD Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any transportation not specifically noted in these Official Rules. Winner and guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. Certain restrictions may apply; winner is responsible to investigate and plan accordingly. If winner or guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be chosen. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets or voucher and none will be replaced. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. 7. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWINGS AND ODDS: Two Grand Prizes will be awarded based on electronic, random drawings held on Wednesday, June 13, The Grand Prize winners will be announced on the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Facebook page and other social media pages. The winner will also be notified via the contact information that is provided in their entry form. The winner will have 72 hours from the time of the notification to claim the prize, or he/she will be disqualified, and the Sponsor may then select a runner-up. Page 3 of 9

4 Thirteen Second Prize winners will be selected June 13 based on electronic, random drawings. These Second Prize winners will be announced on the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Facebook page and other social media pages. The winners will also be notified via the contact information that is provided in their entry form. Each winner will have 72 hours from the time of the notification to claim the prize, or he/she will be disqualified, and the Sponsor may then select another Second Prize winner. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries as well as the number of additional points earned by Participants. Additional points are the equivalent of additional entries for purposes of odds of winning. For a list of winners, you may also submit a request by sending an to info@pcairport.com by July 30, A winner may be required to prove that he/she is the authorized account holder of the entered account. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the or social media account used for the login, which is the natural person assigned a social media account or address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The Sponsor will make the binding decision on all matters relating to Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winners will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release agreement with ECP and an IRS W9 form. If the winner does not complete and return the required forms within ten (10) days of notification, cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, then he/she will be disqualified and the Sponsor will select a runner-up. 8. USE OF INFORMATION: Your Sweepstakes registration information will be used by the Sponsor to select and notify potential winners. The winners, by accepting the prizes, grants to the Sponsor, the Prize Sponsor, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize the winner s name, hometown, and photograph for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration and releases Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties from all claims arising out of the use of such attributes. All Plan Your Escape Sweepstakes with American Airlines Participants, by entering the Sweepstakes, agree that their contact information will be shared between the Sponsor and Prize Sponsor; all Participants also agree that they may be contacted by both the Sponsor and the Prize Sponsor for marketing purposes. DISQUALIFICATION: Participants that are discovered during prize verification to be unqualified or to have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit will be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor, or will be void. Sweepstakes entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Sweepstakes entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. Any violation by a Participant or winner of any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification of the relevant Participant. 10. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize will only be awarded by Sponsor upon potential winners verification of eligibility and final approval by Sponsor. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor or Prize Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her natural (parent) or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. The AAdvantage mileage certificates will be issued by American Airlines in the name of the winner. The name submitted must be consistent with the name in any passport and identification. Name change is not allowed after certificate mileage is issued. The winner must confirm redemption of their prize within 72 hours. Certificate must be deposited online at Travelling period: Valid thru June 10, All mileage certificates are subject to any restrictions set by American Airlines. Accommodation and insurance is not included in any prize. Winners must present a valid redemption letter and government issued identification to claim the prize with American Airlines. No prize may be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items. All mileage certificates are limited to the domestic ECP marketed routes provided by American Airlines within the Contiguous United States consisting of the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Sponsor and Prize Sponsor will not provide any cash compensation. If the winner is subsequently disqualified or is found not entitled to participate in the Sweepstakes or flight, Sponsor and Prize Sponsor reserve the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel the prize. All matters of disputes arising from this Sweepstakes or any prize will be subject to the final decision of Sponsor and Prize Sponsor. Only one winner per household allowed. Winners cannot win more than once. Participant must not have been a winner of Plan Your Escape Sweepstakes with Southwest. If same name is randomly selected, a second random selection will take place to determine the winner. Mileage credit can be deposited only once on or before the expiration date. Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Certificate may not be purchased, sold or bartered. The certificate is nontransferable and may be used only by the individual named on the certificate or by his/her spouse or dependent child. Other family members are not eligible to redeem the certificate. Only original certificates will be honored. Certificate is void if reproduced, altered, Page 5 of 9

6 counterfeited, obtained or used improperly. Fraud or abuse is subject to administrative and/or legal action by Prize Sponsor, including without limitation, the forfeiture or confiscation of all mileage certificates and award certificates and any accrued mileage in a member s account, as well as cancellation of the account and prohibition of member s future participation in the AAdvantage program. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor or Prize Sponsor. The holder of the certificate has only the limited right to surrender same to American Airlines in accordance with terms and conditions stated herein for crediting of mileage at American Airlines, and is subject to all AAdvantage program terms and conditions. American Airlines may change AAdvantage program rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers at any time, which changes may have retroactive effect. This means that American Airlines may initiate changes impacting, for example, Participant affiliations, rules for earning mileage credit, mileage levels and rules for the use of travel awards, continued availability of awards, embargo dates and limited seating for travel awards, and the features of special offers. American Airlines reserves the right to end the AAdvantage program with six months notice. AAdvantage travel awards, mileage accrual and special offers are subject to government regulations. American Airlines is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. By submitting an entry, Participant warrants that he or she is a natural person, that the entry is made in his or her legal name and contains his or her address. Any discrepancy shall, in the unfettered discretion of Sponsor, void the entry. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided at the time of entry is current and accurate. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. 12. RELEASE: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES, SOCIAL MEDIA ENTITIES (DEFINED BELOW), BAY COUNTY, Page 6 of 9

7 WALTON COUNTY, THE CITY OF PANAMA CITY BEACH, AND THE CITY OF PANAMA CITY AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS OF EACH, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, WHICH MAY BE DUE TO OR ARISE OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE/MISUSE OR POSSESSION OF PRIZES, OR ANY PRIZE-RELATED TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY. PARTICIPANTS WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that (1) Participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, and any claims, judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form class action; and (3) in no event will any Participant be entitled to receive attorneys fees. 13. DISCLAIMER: Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers with the entry process. Sponsor also reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes and award the prizes for the Sweepstakes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries in a random drawing if for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other causes that may corrupt or impair the integrity, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible or liable for any events which may cause errors and/or the Sweepstakes to be stopped, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or cable, satellite, or Internet Service Providers, computer equipment, software or any other failure of any or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for computer, mechanical, technical, electronic, network or other errors or problems, including any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or in any other Sweepstakes-related materials. 8 14. CAUTION: ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT BY AN PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 15. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Bay County, Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Florida. 16. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and income taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 tax form will be issued to the winner of any prize totaling $ or more. 17. RELEASE OF SOCIAL MEDIA ENTITIES: The Sponsor may have posted Sweepstakes information on various social media platforms or may have advertised or promoted the Sweepstakes on various social media platforms. Participant acknowledges that Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, or any other social media platform used in connection with the Sweepstakes, along with the owners, parent companies, or subsidiaries of any of the above (collectively, the Social Media Entities ) are not sponsors or operators of this Sweepstakes and the Sweepstakes is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Social Media Entities. Participant fully releases and holds harmless the Social Media Entities and will not seek relief from the Social Media Entities in the event that Participant is not treated fairly in this Sweepstakes or has been harmed directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Plan Your Escape Sweepstakes with American Airlines or from the receipt or use of any prize or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize. Sweepstakes Participants acknowledge and agree that by entering the Sweepstakes, Participants are providing information to ECP and American Airlines, and not to the Social Media Entities.
