Fris On-the-Go takes care of everything at any location throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Bureau Fris provides you with hosting services at the location booked for you. Furthermore, recording equipment is provided by us (e.g. closed TV-circuit, viewing set with digital recording, etc.). Project fee ,- all-in Prices include Coordination by Account Manager. During the pre-test we determine whether the lists are sufficient. Performance of pre-testing activities does not constitute official acceptance of the recruitment project. If a list does not suffice, Bureau Fris will charge a starting fee of 200,00. Bureau Fris has years of experience in client lists recruitment. We gladly recruit from your client lists and tailor our approach to your needs. Our approach to client lists Upon receiving your documents, we assess their quality in a pre-test. After conducting this pre-test, we provide feedback within 2 working days. At this point we ll discuss on the course of the project ahead. If it turns out that after pre-testing the lists are not sufficient in quality, we shall invoice a starting fee of 200,00. When a participant is scheduled in, the recruitment fee will be charged for every participants selected during the pre-test. If the provided client list does not meet our standards, yet the client wishes to proceed, an additional cost of 50,00 per hour is charged. Estimated hours and additional fees will be discussed with the client before furthers action is taken. In client list recruitment, the original source of the client list is always revealed. A masked approach is, according to the EU-law, not allowed. This law is called the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). By means of innovative tools and our personal approach, we can perform specialized searches in our paramount database of over 25,000 respondents. Moreover, Bureau Fris can also recruit; Niche participants (e.g. hospitality employees, teachers, entrepreneurs, IT professionals, HR managers). Recruitment from client lists. Cold calling via Chamber of Commerce databases or browsing the internet. Street recruitment throughout the Netherlands. The Fris Database Our Bureau Fris database consists of 25,000 registered participants spread out across the Netherlands and Belgium. Amongst others, our databases include: Consumers aged 5 to 80. Various family situations. 40% lower- and 60% higher-educated. 60% female, 40% male. Business database (entrepreneurs, SME s, etc.). Medical database (healthcare professionals and patients). Bureau Fris has vast experience overseeing market research; Through agility and short communication lines, the collaboration with Bureau Fris is always efficient. VAT Fris Community The Fris Community tool provides a fast, user-friendly and efficient solution to asking participants about their opinions. The online community is the ideal platform for following a number of participants for a set period of time. It is the online tool for efficient and remote market research. Fris Online Fris Online; a communication tool that can be used for remote interviews. This can be done using video and audio or audio only. Fris Online interviews can easily be recorded for reporting purposes. This tool is very user-friendly, you are one click away from contact with your participants. Features; Quickly consult an online panel in a closed environment in Dutch and/or English. The participants have their own profiles and can answer using texts, photos, and/or videos. Room for interaction between participants and/or client participation. The reminding service is readily available. In collaboration with an Account Manager, researchers can create projects, add participants, ask questions and set a time limit. Bureau Fris invites participants and guides them along the way, if need be. Is responsive. Easily exports results to Excel or PDF. Available in Dutch and English. A maximum of 20 participants is adviced. Features; Bureau Fris sets up the connection. Recordings of the interview are included. Audio and video possible.
