ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR STALL AND/OR SPACE PRICES FOR 2017 A stall space is the size of the table booked and then squared. For example, if the stall booked has a 6 foot table, then the stall area will be 6 foot x 6 foot (in other words, 6 foot squared). For an extra space/area is charged on top of the standard exhibitor stall (e.g. therapist chairs/beds, merchandise) price (e.g ) For an extra standard stall* The price charged will be for two standard exhibitor (standard stalls are 4,5 & 6 foot) stalls (e.g ) (extra stalls will be charged at standard exhibitor stall rate) For an extra small stall* is charged on top of the standard exhibitor stall (small stalls are 2 &3 foot) price (e.g ) (e.g. for retail items, leaflets) *See EXHIBITOR STALL PRICES FOR 2017 (above) for guidance on this. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR PASSES FOR 2017 All exhibitors are, as standard, given two free passes as part of their exhibitor stall package. However, if you would like any additional exhibitor passes you are most welcome - exhibitors are allowed a maximum of four people with them as part of their stall.
