6 Payment schedule For 2018 we have amended our payment procedures. We no longer accept payment by cheque. Please do not send cheques to accompany your application. Should you be allocated a chalet at this years event you will be sent an invoice and payment instructions as appropriate. We are unable to offer individual payment plans. All invoices must be paid in full by the requested due date without exception. On completing this application form, I agree that in order for Visit to fulfil their contractual obligations between Christmas Market and its stallholders it is necessary to hold and process all necessary Stallholder information for the specific purpose of participating in Christmas Market. This information will be updated as necessary, stored securely and never passed to third parties. As part of your participation in Christmas Market 2018 it is necessary for Visit to contact you throughout the year to update you regularly in advance of the event.
