6 Payment schedule For 2018 we have amended our payment procedures. We no longer accept payment by cheque. Please do not send cheques to accompany your application. Should you be allocated a chalet at this years event you will be sent an invoice and payment instructions as appropriate. We are unable to offer individual payment plans. All invoices must be paid in full by the requested due date without exception.
