2 PREMIER PIT GARAGE SUITE These suites are located at the pit exit end and sit above the team garages. With a wide viewing balcony, these air-conditioned suites offer your guests a prime vantage point for all the action on pit lane, down to the start/finish line through to Hell Corner and up along Mountain Straight. Your package will include a standard fit out of tables and comfortable chairs to accommodate the number of guests you have invited. A minimum of 20 corporate passes will be issued, providing access to the event, your suite and the paddock. Additional tickets can be purchased. SOLD OUT

3 PIT GARAGE SUITE Located on the pit straight above the team garages, these air-conditioned suites feature a balcony with a view of the start/finish line and all the action on pit lane. Your package will include a standard fit out of tables and comfortable chairs to accommodate the number of guests you have invited. A minimum of 20 corporate passes will be issued, providing access to the event, your suite and the paddock. Additional tickets can be purchased. On V8 Supercar Television Pty Limited ( Supercar Events ) receipt of a completed booking form and 10% deposit, bookings will be confirmed (subject in all instances to Supercar Events discretion). 2. On Supercar Events receipt of full payment, tickets will be issued 2-3 weeks prior to the event (subject in all instances to ticket availability and Supercar Events discretion). 3. For Shared Suites bookings, full payment for events is required no later than sixty (60) days prior to an Event. Supercar Events may cancel bookings and deposit will be forfeited if payment is not received in time. 4. Cancellation Policy - For Shared Suites bookings, cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to sixty (60) days prior to an event. 5. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows - For Shared Suites bookings: 61 days or more prior to the event, loss of 10% deposit; within days of the event, loss of 50% of the booking total; and within 30 days prior to the event, loss of 100% of the booking total. 6. For Private Suite bookings, full payment for events is required no later than ninety (90) days prior to an event. Supercar Events may cancel booking and forfeit deposit if payment is not received in time. 7. Cancellation Policy - For Private Suite bookings, cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to ninety (90) days prior to an event. 8. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows - For Private Suite bookings: 91 days or more prior to the event, loss of 10% deposit; and within 90 days prior to the event, loss of 100% of the booking total. 9. If paying by direct bank transfer you must quote your invoice number or Contracting Party name in the bank transfer reference - failure to do so may result in credit not being received for payment. 10. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes or onsold by or to a third party without prior written permission of Supercar Events. 11. Tickets cannot be used by more than one person per day. 12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supercar Events and its related bodies corporate (and their officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses or injury (including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with attendance at the event. 13. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to Supercar Events at all times. Supercar Events reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any guest not behaving in an acceptable manner, and a smart casual dress code applies (no thongs or singlets). 14. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Bathurst 12 Hour Club. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Ferrari Paddock Club in association with Veuve Clicquot. For Private Suites, children are permitted at the discretion of the suite holder, and must hold a valid corporate pass regardless of age. 15. By purchasing a ticket to the event you understand and agree that Supercar Events may use and disclose the personal information provided by you in relation to purchasing your ticket for the purpose of running the event and for any other purposes set out in V8 Supercars Australia s Privacy Policy which is available at V8 Supercars will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into any corporate area by a guest. Guests should make sure that they keep all valuable items in their possession at all times, including V8 Supercars gifts and merchandise, wallets, cameras and mobile phones. V8 Supercars will not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage, to any items. DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETING Tickets will be forwarded via express post 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Tickets will not be sent until full payment has been received. ACCREDITATION Shared clubs and private suite guests will receive one individual hard card per day as well as lanyards. These hard cards provide access to the circuit, and the specific suite/club listed on the hard card. On entry to shared clubs guests will be issued with a wristband entitling them to the included catering package.
