These new wrld metals are becming increasingly imprtant as the wrld switches t cleaner surces f energy. The cmpany annunced a maiden JORC Inferred Resurce f 2.38Mt n 28 April 2015 frm drilling within a small 185 square kilmetre sectin f its explratin prtfli in which it had entered a jint venture with BCL. At the time cbalt was nt included in the resurce calculatin. Histrical drilling utside f the jint venture grund has intercepted further nickel as well as significant intercepts f cpper and cbalt. A sil sampling prgram detected traces f lithium and tantalum which warrant further explratin. Large tracts f the Cmpany s explratin prtfli remain unexplred. Highlights: Cpper and Silver: A 22-hle RC drilling prgram was cmpleted at the Dibete and Airstrip Cpper prjects. All Independent labratry results have been received Exceptinal shallw, high-grade cpper and silver mineralisatin revealed. Lithium, Tantalum + Tin: Highly anmalus sil levels f Lithium (Li), Tantalum (Ta), and Tin (Sa) exist acrss the Maibele Nrth Takane area and are being fllwed up with further explratin and analysis. Crprate Activity: Cash at the end f the quarter was $2,247,000 Successful capital raisings in the December quarter 2017 include: Future: $448,722 (befre csts) under a share purchase plan f fully paid rdinary shares. $1.325 millin (befre csts) via a share placement. $1.6 millin in new funds and cmmitments ver tw tranches in a placement. The cmpany cntinues t assess new ventures which we believe wuld be value accretive.

EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES TO THE DATE OF THIS REPORT: Cpper and Silver During the Quarter, the Cmpany cmpleted a 1,525m Reverse Circulatin (RC) drill prgram targeting high-grade cpper and silver mineralisatin at the Dibete and Airstrip Cpper prjects in Nrth-eastern Btswana (see ASX annuncement 26 September 2017). As f the date f this reprt, results fr all f the 22 hles have been received and have revealed exceptinal shallw high-grade cpper and silver intersectins at the Dibete Prspect (see ASX annuncement 18 December 2017) and deep extensins t mineralisatin at the Airstrip Prspect (ASX annuncement 12 January 2018). The drilling at Dibete has nw defined a cumulative strike length f mineralisatin frm tw ldes f ver 400m with bth znes remaining pen and untested by drilling alng strike and at depth. Future explratin prgrams will target the strike extensins f the shallw mineralised znes as well as the deeper surce t this significant mineralisatin. 3 intersectin f significant Cu+Ag sulphide mineralisatin where predicted by mdelling in every hle and believes great ptential exists fr the discvery f a cpper sulphide rebdy at depth. The discvery f deeper mineralisatin at bth Dibete and Airstrip Cpper indicates that a deeper, hydrthermal surce fr the mineralising fluids is likely t be feeding the shallw mineralisatin and prvides cnfidence in the search fr a majr Cu-sulphide rebdy at depth. The Cmpany ntes similarities in the gelgical setting, mineralisatin and gemetry f the Dibete and Airstrip depsits t the histrically-mined Messina Cu depsits in Suth Africa, where ver 40Mt f re (histrical estimate) was extracted frm large cpper rebdies at depth with nly narrw veins and shts extending t the surface. Lithium, Tantalum and Tin The Cmpany cntinued t review its explratin tenure fr Lithium, Tantalum and Tin ptential. N further sample results were received during the quarter. CORPORATE Fllwing receipt f sharehlder apprval at the AGM held n 27 Nvember 2017, the Cmpany annunced n, 5 December 2017, that it was changing its name frm Btswana Metals Limited t Six Sigma Metals Limited. On 5 December 2017, the Cmpany annunced that it had cmpleted an issue f 547,294,744 fully paid rdinary shares (pre-cnslidatin) under a share purchase plan (SPP) at an issue price f $ per share, raising $448,782 fr wrking capital purpses. On 6 December 2017, the Cmpany annunced that it had cmpleted a placement t raise $1.325 millin (befre csts) via the issue f 1,615,853,617 (pre-cnslidatin) fully paid rdinary shares at an issue price f $ per share (Placement). The Cmpany als issued 222,560,975 (precnslidatin) fully paid rdinary shares at an issue price f $ per share t creditrs being, frmer and current directrs in part satisfactin f $182,000 fee and remuneratin due. On 8 December 2017, the Cmpany cmpleted a share cnslidatin f 12:1.

5 On 11 December 2017, the Cmpany annunced the issue f 89,769,699 quted ptins (exercisable at $0.015 per ptin, expiring n 1 July 2021). The ptins were free attaching regarding the issue if shares under the SPP, Placement and in part satisfactin f fees and remuneratin due t frmer and current directrs. Cmpletin f Tranche 1 f $1.6M Placement On 21 December 2017, the Cmpany annunced that it had received cmmitments frm sphisticated investrs t raise $1.6 millin in new funds in tw tranches at $0.015 per share. Xcel Capital Pty Ltd acted as lead manager and bkrunner t the Placement. At cmpletin f Tranche 1 f the Placement n 3 January 2018, the Cmpany raised $1.13 millin. Optins (SI6OC) will be als be issued (2 ptins fr every 5 shares subscribed) as part f the placement subject t sharehlder apprval. Future: The cmpany cntinues t assess new ventures which we believe wuld be value accretive. JV STATUS - BCL LIQUIDATION On 1 April 2014 a Farm-In Jint Venture agreement with BCL Limited and BCL Investments (Pty) Ltd became effective where BCL Investments (Pty) Limited culd earn an initial 40% interest in three PLs based n making certain expenditure cmmitments. If BCL funds t the end f a Bankable Feasibility Study then BCL can earn a 70% equity interest in the three JV PL s being PL 110/94, PL 111/94 and PL 54/98. KPMG were appinted as Prvisinal Liquidatr f BCL Limited and related cmpanies by the High Curt f Btswana n 9 Octber During June 2017, the Bard f Btswana Metals Limited was advised by KPMG Btswana that the High Curt f Btswana placed BCL Limited int final Liquidatin at the hearing n 15 June BCL Investments (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary f BCL Limited, and the cunterparty t the Farm-in Jint Venture Agreement in respect f PL 110/94, PL 111/94 and PL 54/98 had its Prvisinal Liquidatin extended hwever the length f the extensin was nt advised. BML s ASX annuncement titled Update Regarding BCL Limited dated 13 Octber 2016 prvided details f BML s rights arising ut f the Prvisinal Liquidatin f BCL. In summary: Under the Farm-in Jint Venture Agreement if a party becmes inslvent (including being placed in Prvisinal Liquidatin) then: (a) during the earning perid (until a party has frmally earned its interest) the slvent party may terminate the farm-in by ntice t the inslvent party; (b) if a participant has earned its interest then: (i) the slvent party may cmpulsrily acquire the interest f the inslvent party at an agreed price r, if a price cannt be agreed, at a

6 (ii) price recmmended by a qualified persn as the fair market value f the interest; r if there is n acquisitin f the inslvent party s interest, the jint venture can be terminated, and the assets are t be realised and the net prceeds, after paying any liabilities f the jint venture, are t be distributed t the participants in prprtin t their interests. Prspecting Licences subject t the Farm-in Jint Venture Agreement with BCL are shaded light blue. New licences granted in the September 2016 quarter are clured cyan. TENURE The the Ministry f Minerals Resurces, Green Technlgy and Energy Security has suspended (put n hld) the renewal date f the three Prspecting Licences (PL 110/94, PL 111/94 and PL 54/98) that are under a Farm-in Jint Venture Agreement between BCL Investments (Pty) Ltd and African Metals (Pty) Ltd, a 100% subsidiary f Btswana Metals Limited (BML) (ASX Annuncement 25 September 2017). This suspensin means that the current renewal date f 31 March 2018 has been frzen frm 9 Octber 216, being the date, the High Curt f Btswana placed BCL Limited and BCL Investments (Pty) Ltd int Prvisinal Liquidatin, fr an indefinite perid pending cmpletin f the Prvisinal Liquidatin. The Ministry has advised the abve t KPMG the Prvisinal Liquidatr, in accrdance with the prvisins f sectin 76(1)(C) f the Mines and Minerals Act. This decisin des nt affect AML s right t cntinue explring these licences and the drilling prgram currently underway at Dibete (PL 111/94) and Airstrip (PL 110/94) will cntinue as planned. AML will apply fr renewals fr all three licences as stipulated in the Mines and Minerals Act when advised by the Ministry f the new renewal dates fr the licenses.
