3 04 Alfrex 05 fr Alfrex fr is a fire-rated ACM composed of aluminum skins and a fire rated core. Alfrex fr is lightweight and has excellent physical properties. With various patterns of aluminum coating, it can be used for a diverse range of architectural solutions. 4 06 Alfrex 07 Alfrex SCM is a stainless steel composite panel composed of two sheets of.012 (0.3mm) thick stainless steel and a fire rated core. Alfrex SCM processes the surface with a special coating treatment of Titanium Coating and Nano Ceramic Coating. The special coating treatment enables Alfrex to create unique colors and prevent surface scratches and fingerprint stains. Adhesion of the coating The strength of the adhesion was tested by creating a 2mm wide scratch with a knife and attempting to peel off layers of the coating with cellophane tape. There was no peeling of the film. Impact Resistance Using a DuPont impact tester, a 1kg steel ball was dropped from a height of 50cm onto the product.
