8 VISION AND OBJETIVES THE STATE BUILT BY AND FOR THE PROSPERITY OF THE COLOMBIANS THROUGH THE USE OF ICT GENERAL PURPOSE Government Online is a Strategy of the National Government, led by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies that contributes on building a more efficient, transparent and participative Government, which collaborates with the whole society to provide better services by taking advantage of ICT.
