2 The Washington Ambulatory Surgery Center Association ( WASCA ) is pleased to present the exhibitor prospectus for the 2019 Annual Education Conference & Trade Show, which will be held at the Tulalip Resort & Spa on Thursday, November 14 and Friday, November 15. There are approximately 250 ASCs in the State of Washington, including single and multi-specialty ASCs, physician owned ASCs and joint ventures with hospitals and management companies. WASCA invites you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to network with ASC decision-makers and hundreds of individuals from Washington s ambulatory surgery industry. As an exhibitor, you will have two days to showcase your products and services to administrators and chief executive officers, clinical directors and materials managers, and physicians and nurses. Conference sponsors will have premium exhibit space and special recognition. WASCA has added more space for exhibitors, but as the trade show continues to grow in popularity, space fills up quickly. WASCA strongly encourages you to reserve your space today. Exhibit space is awarded in the order registration is received. 3 Exhibitor Prospectus WASCA s 2019 Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is being held on Thursday, November 14 and Friday, November 15 at the Tulalip Resort & Spa, Quil Ceda Boulevard, Tulalip, WA There are approximately 250 ASCs in the state, including single and multi-specialty ASCs, physician-owned ASCs and joint ventures with hospitals and management companies. This is the premier ASC meeting in Washington State, drawing national speakers and industry leaders. This event provides seven hours of scheduled exhibit hall time to attendees over two days as well as a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services with targeted sponsorships to help make you stand apart from the competition coupled with the opportunity to build relationships and connect with decision makers. WASCA attendees are decision makers. The demographic breakdown is as follows: Conference sponsors will have prime exhibit space, based on sponsorship level, and special recognition.
