2 Campaign Types (Self-Serve) Normal vs. High Retention You can choose between two campaign types. Both types can be country-targeted campaigns. First, you can select standard installs - the specified amount of users will download the app and they are not required to take any further action to convert. Second, you can choose high-retention installs. For this campaign type users will keep the promoted app installed on their devices for at least 3 days. If a user uninstalls prior to the 3 day period, we find another user to download and keep the app for 3 days. Once this happens for the specified number of installs, the campaign is complete. Standard installs are a little less expensive and daily volumes are usually a bit higher. On the contrary, for high-retention installs we see a much higher retention rate - also beyond the required 3 day period. On average between 40% and 70% of the users keep the app longer than they are required to receive the reward. Campaign Types (Managed) Self-service Campaigns (Standard & High Retention) For your specific needs, we can easily set up a customize campaign. All we require is the app store link of your app, your desired tracking system, as well as your targeting, bid, and budgets in order to get started. Depending on the tracking solution you select, campaigns are ready to start right after creation or will go into review mode to make sure tracking is set up correctly. After campaign creation you can instruct your account manager to start and stop campaigns at any time. Or to change bids, budgets and country-targeting after campaign start. If you want to change your tracking after the campaign has gone live, please contact your account manager. What are the advantages of High Retention Campaigns? Excellent retention rates for incentivized installs If users uninstall too soon, your campaign gets additional installs at no charge If your app is of decent quality, users are more likely to keep it longer than 3 days Powerful retention statistics show you how many users kept the app for 3-7+ days - grouped by individual countries! Attention: Small campaigns can take a long time to complete since the actual conversion is delayed by 3 days Terminating High Retention Campaigns: If you terminate a campaign, all currently pending conversions will be deducted from your refund! Self-service Incentivized CPC Campaigns Incentivized CPC campaigns are a great tool to promote your apps without any prerequisites and requirements. This type of campaigns is prompting users to install & run your app and charges users per click. This is an alternative to our Standard CPI campaigns if you don't have a tracking solution integrated in your app. Incent CPC campaigns are capable of delivering the same amount of traffic as CPI campaigns with external tracking. We perform sophisticated fraud checks on devices, users, traffic sources, providers, bot detection and other data points to retain a high click quality, usually resulting in an installation rate of 40% - 80% (the percentage of clicks resulting in installations). 2

3 Managed Campaigns Managed campaigns are the right choice, if you are looking for large volumes or have specific promotion goals in mind. Our team is happy to run campaigns on your behalf. We work with leading ad networks and direct publishers to scale traffic to your requirements and get the right audience for your app. We cooperate with world leading tracking partners to guarantee correct attribution and state-of-the-art analytics for your campaign. You can specify your campaign details. Please make sure to also contact your account manager to discuss your goals and required details of your campaign, so we can get the most out of it for you. Campaign will go into system review after creation. Our team will finish the setup and notify you once the campaign is ready to start. You will need to let your account manager know about any changes. Engagement / CPE Campaigns Engagement campaigns keep users who install your app engaged with it by rewarding them based on the amount of time spent using it. After installation, the user is periodically rewarded for actively using your app. The maximum attributed time depends on your bid and can be split over multiple days or weeks. These campaigns are a great way to get users actually engaged with quality apps or games and turn them into loyal users. We review each app individually before approving an engagement campaign to make sure the app quality meets our standards. Note: No SDK is required - our proprietary tracking is designed to detect if users are actually using the device. Just keeping the app open won't count towards their engagement time. Search Campaigns (Standard & High Retention) Search campaigns will redirect to a landing page and give the users keywords they are supposed to use for a Google Play search Multiple keyword sets can be entered by separating them with a semicolon (;), they will be distributed evenly among users Since no direct link to the app is supplied, please make sure the app is within the first 100 search results for each keyword set It's not possible to create country targeted keyword sets. In this case please create multiple campaigns, one for each region Search High-Retention campaigns are available as well, requiring users to keep the app for 3 days CPC Campaigns (Non-Rewarded) CPC (Cost-Per-Click) campaigns run as non-incentivized display ads (banner, interstitial, native). To measure results, you can use most of our tracking options to setup conversion tracking. By default, we automatically generate native / text and banner ads from your app's store listing. For custom demands such as specific banner or video ads please contact your account manager. CPI Campaigns (Non-Rewarded) CPI (Cost-Per-Install) campaigns run as non-incentivized display ads (banner, interstitial, native). To correctly attribute conversions, a tracking solution is mandatory. You can use most of our tracking options to setup conversion tracking for non-rewarded installs. By default, we automatically generate native / text and banner ads from your app's store listing. For custom demands such as specific banner or video ads please contact your account manager. 3

4 Bids & Budget Our platform works with a bidding system allowing you to specify how much you are willing to pay for one install / conversions. The higher the bid the more installs or conversions you are able to get per day. The minimum bid per campaign type are as follows; Android Type Minimum Bid Type Minimum Bid CPI - Standard $0.08 Incent CPC - Standard $0.16 CPI - Managed $0.18 CPI - Standard $0.22 Incent CPC - Standard $0.07 CPI - Managed $0.22 CPI - High Retention $0.17 CPA - Standard $0.36 CPI - Search $0.14 CPA - Managed $0.36 CPI - Search HR $0.24 CPL - Standard $0.36 CPA - Standard $0.36 CPL - Managed $0.36 CPA - Managed $0.36 CPV - Standard $0.01 CPL - Standard $0.36 CPV - Managed $0.01 CPL - Managed $0.36 Non-Incent CPC - Managed $0.02 CPE $0.48 Non-Incent CPI - Managed $0.60 CPV - Standard $0.01 Additionally, you are able to set the CPV - Managed $0.01 Non-Incent CPC - Managed $0.02 Non-Incent CPI - Managed $0.60 ios advertising budget for your campaign. The number of conversions results as the budget divided by the bid (e.g. Budget $1,000, bid $0.08 = 12,250 installs). 4

5 Tracking Solutions Standard Tracking Standard Tracking, our own proprietary solution, doesn't require an integrated SDK or any setup and is the right choice for most customers. It's the only tracking solution supporting high retention installs and detailed installation statistics and has numerous fraud prevention mechanics. However, depending on the app type, opening the app is not required for the end user. Appsflyer Tracking If you integrated the appsflyer tracking SDK into your app, you can use appsflyer as tracking solution. This allows you to rely on appsflyers reporting and their anti-fraud measures. Additionally, you can create and run CPA campaigns in this setup. Please make sure to enable sending in-app events in your Appsflyer dashboard in case you create a CPA campaign with us. Please keep in mind that appsflyer will charge you an additional fee per install for their services. TUNE Tracking If you integrated the TUNE tracking SDK (also known as Mobile App Tracking) into your app, you can use TUNE as tracking solution. This allows you to rely on TUNE's reporting and their anti-fraud measures. Additionally, you can create and run CPA campaigns in this setup. Please make sure to enable sending postbacks and in-app events in your TUNE dashboard before you start the campaign with us. Please keep in mind that TUNE will charge you an additional fee per click & install for their services. Adjust Tracking If you integrated the Adjust tracking SDK into your app, you can use Adjust as tracking solution. This allows you to rely on their reporting and anti-fraud measures. Additionally, you can create and run CPA campaigns in this setup. Please keep in mind that Adjust will charge you an additional fee per attribution for their services. Kochava Tracking (Android) If you integrated the kochava tracking SDK into your app, you can use kochava as tracking solution. This allows you to rely on kochavas reporting and their anti-fraud measures. Additionally, you can create and run CPA campaigns in this setup. Please login to kochava, setup tracking for your app and obtain the correct Redirect/Tracking URL to insert. Please make sure to enable postbacks in your Kochava dashboard before campaign starts. Kochava Tracking (ios) If you integrated the kochava tracking SDK into your app, you can use kochava as tracking solution. This allows you to rely on kochavas reporting and their anti-fraud measures. Additionally, you can create and run CPA campaigns in this setup. Please login to kochava, setup tracking for your app and obtain the correct Redirect/Tracking URL to insert. Please make sure to enable postbacks in your Kochava dashboard before campaign starts. Custom Server2Server Tracking Custom tracking is available for managed-advanced clients who need to integrate their own tracking solution.
