3 This toolkit has been designed to show Macmillan Professionals the branded signage available for your service/centre. Unless otherwise stated, all items are available free of charge (subject to approval) to both new and existing services. The ordering process is included alongside the visual of each item.

4 Order Form Signs have been designed for use directing to/within Macmillan Cancer Support centres. Use the service promotion section on be.mac to create marketing material for use in external environments, such as GP surgeries. When ordering 5 or more signs please contact the print team first to discuss requirements/usage. To avoid Macmillan incurring multiple delivery costs, please make every attempt possible to order all products required at the same time.

5 Directional signage is vital to make sure people can find our services. All signs are made to order, and can include the name of your service (excluding temporary signs). These signs can either be with or without the Macmillan logo and come in small, medium and large. We also offer signs that fit within the existing NHS directional signage system.

14 Arrival to site signs are important so people know they have arrived at the centre, to help make sure people know it is a Macmillan service and also help to increase awareness with passers by. Window vinyls can be used in various settings and are best used if wall space is of a premium. Bespoke signs can be designed for a particular space or purpose. Speak to your MDM or MISDM about this option. (N.B. these will not be free of charge)

20 Notice boards, leaflet holders and narrative panels can be used outside or inside a Macmillan service. Narrative panels should be written in a journalistic style to tell the story of the building s inception. They are a great way of explaining partnerships through narrative rather than through the presentation of logos. This text will need to be approved by your regional communications team.

25 Portable displays and outreach tools These are a great way to brand yourselves and your desk or area, for services who deliver outreach work. How to order: Standard items can be ordered from be.macmillan. Bespoke items - including name badges and pull up banner stands can be ordered through your regional communications team.

26 Use the Make Your Own section of be.mac to create posters and leaflets to advertise your service or centre in external environments, such as GP surgeries or libraries.

27 Great to use when space is limited; these items, in combination with temporary items such as posters and leaflets, can help to create a Macmillan experience. How to order: Standard items can be ordered via be.macmillan directly. The range includes mugs, coasters, lanyards, balloons, pens, pencils, mousemats, folders, car stickers, plastic bags and pin badges.
