We have a number of generic sponsorship packages, but we can work with you to develop a package that is bespoke to your company and your objectives whether it is visibility, brand positioning, data build or simply getting something into the hands of every visitor, we can build a platform to suit you and your budget.

3 PREMIUM PARTNER SPONSOR PLATINUM PACKAGE 50,000 If you want to position your company as the market leader and gain mass branding and visibility across every aspect of the show marketing campaign, and across the show on the day, the Premium Partner package provides it all; from key sponsor branding on marketing collateral, online and via s, branded registration and signage throughout the show, to post-show promotion and full data of our visitors. 4 VIP SPONSOR 20,000 All VIP visitors have access to the dedicated VIP Lounge. The sponsor company will have sole distribution of company literature in the VIP Lounge and you will receive sponsor status, which will be broadcast across our whole marketing campaign. This will include your company logo and name on all tickets, s, website and onsite. 5 BRANDED NETWORKING AREAS 10,000 Throughout the halls we have visitor networking and refreshment areas where visitors can hold meetings or stop for a cup of coffee. You can have these spaces branded with your company name and logo or you can work with us to theme them in a style that suits your branding and marketing activity. 6 REGISTRATION 15,000 Every visitor and exhibitor walks through registration at least twice. With over 6,000 visitors to the show in 2016, you could brand and personalise the reception area to promote your company to industry professionals from the beginning of the event. PRE-SHOW PROMOTION: Footer banner on all registration pages for Packaging Innovations, Empack & Label&Print for preregistrations via the website before the show (client to provide artwork for banner) Logo and sponsor message on all registration confirmation s Listing as Silver Sponsor of show (limited to 8 companies) on all marketing material relating to the show, including tickets, inserts, s and show website The opportunity to nominate 100 clients to be upgraded to VIP to be invited by telemarketing EasyGo marketing package ONSITE VISIBILITY: q Logo on header of registration page on computers for onsite registrations at the show q Logo and stand number on signage, directional boards and registration desks (at registration only) this will include branding the registration desks as well as directional signage q Listing as Silver Sponsor on show signage q Promotional staff at each entrance (2 in total, supplied by Easyfairs) to hand out client s literature; these can be branded with your company T-shirts q Plasma at registration to show slideshow or video of client s choice q Opportunity to distribute literature at registration q Opportunity to provide branded T-shirts for registration staff to wear q Opportunity to place an insert in bags (All additional items such as T-shirts, literature, inserts, etc, to be provided by client) **REGISTRATION DATA UPGRADE 8,000 You can supplement the registration package above by adding data build: q Full access to all registration data (including pre-registration nonattendees, but excluding third party opt-outs) for use for 4 months from the date of receiving the data (data will be seeded) q Question on the registration form asking registrants if they would like to receive information from your company; all opt-ins will be provided to you for unrestricted use after the show NB. This option is only if taken in conjunction with the full registration package above; it is not available as a separate package.

7 LEARNSHOPS 12,000 Our Learnshops are the main visitor feature at each of our shows and are well attended and well respected by our attendees. 9 SHOW LANYARDS / GIFT BAGS / SHOW HAND-OUTS SHOW LANYARDS 7,000 Each visitor will be walking around the exhibition with a lanyard, and it provides a highly visible opportunity to promote your company logo during and after the event. (Client provides lanyards) GIFT BAGS 7,000 During the show, industry specific magazines and exhibitor literature is handed out, as well as free exhibitor give-aways. By supplying your own branded gift bags, you can promote your company long after the event. (Client provides bags) AROUND THE SHOW HAND-OUTS 4,000 (limited to 3 companies) We have dedicated staff members walking around the show all day long each day who will hand out your leaflets, flyers or additional promotion items to attract visitors to your stand. INSERTS INTO GIFT BAGS 3,000 Provide an insert to be put into all gift bags that are distributed at the entrance. There is potential for your company/product to reach over 6,000 visitors. CARPET TILES 1,000 You can position a carpet tile in position on the show floor to guide traffic to your stand (limited availability) and help raise awareness of your company and products.
