3 Opening Gala SF Beer Week kicks off with a big bang each year at the Opening Gala. It s the Bay Area¹s most prestigious craft beer event, produced by the presenter of SF Beer Week, the San Francisco Brewers Guild, and held Friday, February 9, by the San Francisco Bay. Tickets go on sale November 28. For 2018, the Opening Gala offers additional sponsor benefits to make the evening special. You ll get early entrance, even before VIP, and be able to mix and mingle with brewers in the Brewers Lounge. There, you ll find complimentary food and drink, can take a break from the crowd, and access separate restrooms. If you re a brewery, there s an end-cap option for Official sponsors.
