We serve the real estate community on the North Shore and beyond. Through sponsorships and advertising opportunities we hope to help our affiliates gain recognition with our REALTOR Members. Give your networking efforts a boost. Whether it s one-on-one, to the crowd of attendees from the podium at a meeting, or speaking to new REALTOR members and distributing materials at orientation, as a sponsor you will have a chance to develop relationships with NSAR s membership on a new level. 12 EDUCATION PARTNERSHIPS Educational Partnership Opportunities Do you need a Certified Real Estate School to partner with to offer continuing education to real estate agents on the North Shore and beyond? North Shore Association of REALTORS and North Shore Center for Real Estate Education offer a CEU processing and room rental program with an excellent facility to meet all of your needs and maximize your access to our top real estate professionals. NSAR is conveniently located right off Route 128 (Exit 18.) Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling and setting up the necessary amenities needed for your program. Space is available if NSAR schedule permits. The room space can seat up to 32 people in a classroom setting, or up to 40 people in an auditorium setting. Larger events may be available upon request. 13 CEU Processing & Tracking...$15/person minimum fee of $250 Partnering company will be invoiced $15 for each additional attendee above 15. On the day of the course NSAR will: Assist with registration the day of the event Create and process each student s credits Create and distribute completion certificates Assist with registration and tracking of licenses Keep records for MA Licensing board NSAR Advertisement...$25 (special partner pricing) Promotion and registration are the responsibility of the partnering company.
