4 MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES CHFA Member Lounge Sponsor - product donation The CHFA Member Lounge is an exclusive area where CHFA members and associates may enjoy VIP treatments and overindulge on goodies provided by our lounge sponsors and member benefit partners. Be a part of the experience designed to elevate the value of CHFA membership and the best of your best. While there is no cost to participate, all lounge sponsors must donate 100 units of a product or a $500 gift card to be drawn throughout the show. All donations are subject to CHFA approval. Limited to 20 companies, all sponsors will receive logo representation on the show marketing materials from the time of booking (website, Show Guide and signage). Product Showcase - $ per shelf with single digital showcase One of the most sought after product placement opportunities, the showcases are positioned to have immediate impact with all attendees. Purchase an entire showcase with four shelves or a single shelf and clearly demonstrate the visual impact your product(s) will make in store displays. Also includes one digital showcase on the Official Show App and CHFA website. Advertisers may opt to add additional digital showcases at $100 per listing. Print Advertising in the Show Guide Starting at $ Choose from a variety of sizes and advertising locations and get your message in the hands of all show participants. Featuring key show information such as the full list of participating exhibitors, this guide is an essential tool distributed to all show attendees and is the point of reference for many retailers following the show. Advertise here and your message will resonate well after the trade show. 4
5 MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Product Education Session (PES) - $ (limited to one per exhibiting company) Retailers are an important part of your sales efforts and helping them understand the unique benefits and features of your product is crucial. With a 45-minute presentation in a fully equipped meeting space, you can demonstrate to retailers and health practitioners why they should recommend your product to the consumer. Highlighted in the marketing material from the time of purchase (website, Show Guide, Official Show App and on-site signage), your promotion includes session title, company name and, where space permits, a full session description and speaker bio. In addition, sessions are promoted in one pre-show sent to approximately 2,000 prequalified attendees. Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited. Product Education Session (PES) Break Sponsor $ (only open to PES holders) Occurring just before or immediately after your PES session, this 15 minute break is a sampling opportunity outside the meeting room for the product(s) presented in your seminar. Sponsors receive one table and a designated sampling area in the conference pre-function area of the facility. Sponsoring company name is present in marketing material from the time of purchase (Official Show App, website, Show Guide and onsite signage) and companies are further highlighted with signage on the display table that includes your logo. Breaks are limited and restrictions may apply. 5
6 MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Website or Show App Advertisement - $ Digital advertising is a highly effective and affordable way to promote your participation at the trade show. Rotating every three seconds and with a maximum of three advertisers, the website and Show App digital ads move to capture the attention of retailers as they peruse online trade show content. Celebration Station Host Starting at $ As a celebration station host, you choose your preferred beverage station to host in your booth on the Saturday at 3:30 p.m., and we'll take care of the rest. Designed as a unique attraction to help draw retailers to your area, as a celebration station host, you ll get to entice trade show attendees with complimentary beverages. These advertisements are hyperlinked to your website so retailers may click to see your full product line and offerings. Plus, they are featured on the show landing page, the first page all visitors see when they visit the trade show information. Advertisements are live from the time of purchase to one month after the event. Some restrictions may apply. Save when you book both Website and Show App. eweekly Advertiser - $1, Over 6,000 industry professionals, including CHFA Trade Show attendees, stay up to date with industry news by subscribing to eweekly. Six spots are available in each issue of eweekly, reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one spot per brand per quarter. Companies featured in ads must be CHFA Members. Ads will run for 13 weeks. 6
7 MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Exclusive Conference Morning Break Sponsor - $1, Perfect for companies showcasing tantalizing Treats or high-energy boosters, this unique sponsorship showcases your product at a time that aligns well with its core benefits. Sponsors may distribute samples of their product to conference attendees between sessions. Promoted in the marketing material from the time of purchase (Official Show App, website, Show Guide and on-site signage), morning breaks last about 15 minutes. Sampling Table at Show Entrance - $1, per day Capturing the line-ups at the registration desks, the sampling tables are positioned to have an instant impact with all show attendees. Limited to eight companies, each sampling table includes a six-foot draped table and the opportunity to position one pull-up banner (maximum size of 3 w x 6 h) next to the table. Participating companies are allowed a maximum of two sample distributors per table at any given time and an additional two show badges to be used by these product samplers. Tables are assigned on a first-come first served basis and all food samplers must adhere to facility and health guidelines as outlined in the exhibitor manual. Insert in the Badge Mailing - $1, An estimated 1,000 show badges are mailed to member attendees before the show. Why not include your message in this must-open mailing? Limited to three advertisers, the insert in the badge mailing is a great way to drive traffic to your booth by announcing a special giveaway, a celebrity appearance, or a new product. Insert dimensions may vary from show to show. Contact CHFA for more info. Exclusive Café Sponsorship - $2, Visitors to the cafe will see your logo on the cafe tables. This exclusive sponsorship is sure to capture the attention of all show participants. Be the brand featured here and improve your visibility at the show. Café location to be determined by CHFA and price includes production costs. 7
8 MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Insert in the Show Bag - $1, Take the guesswork of out of how many samples you need to distribute from your booth. Consider inserting a product sample or brochure in the show bags and ensure every attendee receives your material. Approximately 3,000 bags are distributed at each show. Pull up Banner Placement - $1, One of the most affordable ways to stand out, this opportunity displays your free-standing, pull-up banner (maximum size of 3 w x 6 h) in a high traffic area during show hours and increases your brand recognition outside your booth space. Delivery and pick-up of signage is the responsibility of the sponsor and this opportunity is limited to five signs per show. Sign placement must comply with facility guidelines and is assigned onsite by CHFA. Education Session Sponsor - $ per session This opportunity will be made available once the conference program is determined and will be communicated to all exhibitors under separate cover. Sponsorship includes collateral placement at each seat, logo visibility on the audio visual screens, verbal recognition of your sponsorship in the session and brand recognition on the marketing materials from the time of purchase (Official Show App, website, Show Guide and onsite signage). This sponsorship is subject to change and may not be available at all shows. Contact us for more information. Carpet Stickers / Decals - $2, One of the most visible opportunities at the show, a custom carpet sticker will easily capture the attention of retailers and lead them directly to your booth. Great for new product introductions and surprise booth giveaways, this opportunity includes the placement of up to 12 stickers, produced and designed by the exhibitor through the official show decorator. Artwork is subject to CHFA approval and this opportunity includes the production costs for twelve 2 x 2 decals. Note: carpet stickers are included in Exclusive Fitness and Performance sponsor (see page 9) opportunities. 8
9 MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Exclusive Fitness and Performance Sponsor - $3, Retailers of sport nutrition are encouraged to visit the exclusive fitness and performance sponsor at the trade show to explore all products related to an active lifestyle. This sponsorship will demonstrate your organization s authority within this important segment of the health industry. Sponsorship includes a logo placement on the show map within the Show Guide and your logo on 10 customized floor stickers directing traffic to this section of the show floor. Logo on the Show Bag at CHFA West and CHFA East - $3, Align your brand with the industry s leading association and commemorate your commitment as a sponsor with this valuable brand opportunity. Featuring the CHFA logo on one side and a selection of exhibitor logos on the other, this opportunity is exclusively available to exhibitors at both CHFA West and CHFA East. Please note: booking for this opportunity is only available approximately five months before CHFA West each year. Regulatory Session Sponsorship - $4, This highly targeted opportunity is ideal for companies with regulatory consultative services aimed at industry suppliers. No other sponsorship opportunity captures this segment of the industry and presents your brand during a discussion on Canadian regulations. This opportunity includes collateral placement at each seat, assigned and scripted speaker introduction, logo visibility on the audio visual screen(s), verbal recognition of your sponsorship in the session and brand recognition on the marketing materials from the time of purchase (website, Show Guide and on-site signage). This sponsorship is limited to two sponsors, restrictions may apply, and it is subject to change. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Show Announcement - $500.00* Do you have a special activity at your booth that requires instant attention? Perhaps it is a prize winner announcement or celebrity signing his or her latest book? Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to a maximum of three sponsors per show, an announcement will give you a burst of booth traffic when you want it most. 9
10 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Sampling Blitz with your Mascot or Costumed Performers - $2,500.00* Announced over the PA system, This 30 minute sampling blitz Opportunity creatively keeps your brand top of mind as retailers enter and exit the trade show. Performed in CHFA designated areas at the trade show s open and close each day, sponsors are encouraged to amuse and delight attendees with costumed samplers or dancers. Concept approved by CHFA, this opportunity includes one blitz per day, is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one sponsor. Exclusive Lanyard Sponsorship - $4,000.00* This prime visibility would print your logo on 3000 lanyards distributed to retailers at the shows. Catch the attention of every retailer with this highly visible brand opportunity. Your logo would be repeated along side the CHFA core logo on a lanyard. Hosted Conference Program - $3,000.00* Do you have an idea for a creative activity, or a high profile speaker who simply needs more time than the 45 minutes allotted to PES holders? Would you like to host a breakfast seminar or luncheon within the conference program? Pending content approval by CHFA, a high-profile hosted program sponsorship will showcase your brand and program idea in a non-competitive time-slot during the conference. Promoted in the marketing material from the time of purchase (Official Show App, website, Show Guide and onsite signage), this sponsorship gives you the flexibility to be an idea architect and host. Sponsors will have access to a fully equipped meeting space, but are responsible for all other elements including registration. Note these sponsorships are subject to time and availability.
