2 A Message from the Show Organizers Bangladesh Exporters & Entrepreneurs Expo BEE is designed to promote exports from Bangladesh by providing vendors and manufacturers in the U.S. with a clear picture of the available products, manufacturing capabilities, and Bangladeshi ethnic and cultural heritage, especially with regard to how it can enhance their bottom line and profitability. As far as the scope of the event, we expect to host a minimum of 100 vendors with displays, demonstrations and sales representatives. We welcome and encourage all industries to participate the trade show to fully showcase various product lines that are manufactured in the country. A stage and runway will be provided for fashion shows and similar showings of products. Examples of products to be showcased are boutique, pottery, jewelry, bamboo furniture and showpieces, jute and leather goods, and apparel, to name a few. Ramp walk and on stage displays are designed to maximize the number of visitors to see these displays. The event will commence with a formal ceremony to include the New York City Chamber of Commerce and other VIP delegates from relevant organizations. This will provide additional exposure for exhibiting businesses. Formal cocktail parties will enhance the interaction of participants and prospective buyers. In order to promote on-site sales, there will be an area set aside for negotiating business agreements and payment. The organizers of the event will produce announcements and show previews, and provide invitations to as many as 100,000 potential businesses, and will use web, media, newspapers and social media to maximize exposure. Publications include Show Preview and a complete show directory for participating exhibitors where their names will be listed and additional advertising opportunities will also be given. Our staff consists entirely of people with many years of experience in business and marketing, so you can be assured that we understand your needs and goals.
