3 Andreu Llambrich Martín Quiroga Andreu Llambrich Profilo breve Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnical University of Valencia UPV, PRINCE2 Practitioner by the UK Office of Government Commerce, with master's degree in "Technology and Environmental Management in the Enterprise" by the EOI Organisation Industrial School. His professional experience goes through private companies and public entities linked to the Innovation Management, Technology Transfer, International Cooperation, Sectorial and Thematic Networks, Technology Clusters and Innovation Projects in general. He counts with more than 30 conferences as speaker, and the organisation of more than 20 business and scientific events at local and international level. In the public sector he has been manager of technical and cooperation projects in the European Association of Development Agencies EURADA, the Technological Construction Institute AIDICO, and the Institute for Valencian Small and Medium Enterprises IMPIVA. He has been advisor for the Valencian Institute for Building IVE, the Delegation of Innovation and Information Society of the City of Valencia, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development OECD, the Institute for Industrial Promotion IPI of the Ministry of Industry in Italy, and the Network of Technological Institutes of Valencia Region REDIT. 4 Andreu Llambrich Martín Quiroga Martín Quiroga Profilo breve Originally, Martín came from the telecommunications world, but in one way or another he has always been linked to Project Management, especially in the field of integral management of technology projects. His academic formation is composed of an Engineering in telecommunications, studies related to the training in Technical Computer Networks and of Computer Systems Analyst At professional level, he developed his career managing his own products, in the form of a company linked to technology, this was the case of Aircable, personal project in which he developed tasks as responsible for R & D, computer network supervisor, Telecommunications, systems analyst and developer. Later, he developed his talent, linking himself to the Project Management in big corporations, as an important member in Odpe. In this company, he developed his professional activity as Head of the production department and business areas for important and potential customers of the company. In parallel, he managed teams and performed the control of suppliers, stakeholders, contracting, planning, technical and economic negotiations, definition, and monitoring of reports and cost control. Also as a Project Manager for the development of new applications for different sectors, from the initial concept, beginning of production, to the coordination with different departments in the client (with CA Clarity PPM solution). 7 Needs and problems of the client to face the Project No Demand and Project Management methodology the different areas followed not defined methodologies independent of each other They used an incident management tool (Jira) available to the areas Each area and each project manager had its own prioritization criteria and its own tools this application did not provide the functionalities required for the overall management of projects not all areas use it communication complicated because they did not know what the rest was doing the project information was decentralized and it became more complicated to generate reports, metrics or indicators The reporting system was outsourced This fragmented approach meant that the reports took days to generate, spending time Support for the various systems involved increasingly high costs 26/06/2017 Project Management Forum: Progettare il Futuro - Lugano, 22/23 Giugno
