1 ADDENDUM NUMBER FOUR TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MOUNTAIN VIEW GOTEBO SCHOOLS NEW ELEMENTARY & HIGH SCHOOL MOUNTAIN VIEW, OKLAHOMA ARCHITECT S PROJECT NUMBER N14023 October 15, 2015 The following items, applicable to the work designated, shall be understood to be an Addendum, and as such, shall be included in the Contract Documents. General Contractors to inform all subcontractors and suppliers of the Addendum items as appropriate or applicable to their portion of the work. CLARIFICATIONS I. Bid Package 2C Bidders: It has been determined there will be between 4,000 and 6,000 cubic yards of debris dumped at the landfill. Your bid for Bid Package 2C must include covering this debris with a minimum if three (3) feet of soil. Approximately 40% in Phase I and 60% in Phase II. II. Exterior glazing is to be front set, Interior glazing is to be center set. III. Ship ladder to be as specified in Project Manual. IV. Clarification of previous clarification made in Addendum #2: Refer Section Basketball Backstops, Correct paragraph 2.2/A Model Number should be 950 (bent mast) for end goals and 949 (straight mast) for side goals. General: All laminated composition glass units, whether specifically shown or specified, shall conform to manufacturer s standards as to the maximum size for each type of glass. 2.
