2 Marina Reef Development, Bahrain Product Overview Prop Tableform is a quick and versatile solution for multi storey construction of slabs up to 600mm. With few components, the Prop Tableform is quickly erected, struck and re-positioned with minimal effort. And it's easy to relocate, with the options of either being wheeled into position, or lifted to higher floors. Overview Remains erected throughout the project, assisting maximising construction cycle times. Applications Hi Rise Buildings Commerical 35kN leg capacity allows larger tables to be constructed, allowing a greater pour area to be covered. Minimal components ensures Prop Tableform is quick to erect, even using unskilled labour. 3 Building B2, Saudi Arabia Flying Prop Tableform Features & Benefits Robust The 35kN capacity props can accommodate slabs up to 600mm thick when erected as a table form. Pour area Large tables can be constructed, allowing a greater pour area to be covered, minimising construction cycle times. Props require no leg ties As no leg ties are required, areas below the soffit are uncluttered, ensuring easy movement of site operatives and machinery within the structure, maximising safety. Fast thread bolts and captive nuts Fast thread bolts with captive nuts welded to the prop head are used for the Prop to Head and Head to GTX Beam attachments, maximising speed and minimising possibility of damage to the Bolt threads. Darwish Tower, The Pearl, Qatar Formwork fixed at all times With formwork fixed at all times, the damage normally associated with stripping and re-erecting formwork is reduced, fewer site operatives are required and cycle times reduced, minimising overall construction costs. Pre Erection Assembly of the table top can be carried out in a dedicated area prior to being moved into position, maximizing on site efficiency. Double height C-Hook Allows tables to be lifted from level below when two sets are working on a project simultaneously. 4 Darwish Tower, The Pearl, Qatar Flying Table - Darwish Tower, The Pearl, Qatar Mobility Options C-Hook Multi Purpose Trolley The C-Hook enables the quick and easy lifting of tables to higher floors. Single and double height C-Hooks are available, allowing 2 floors of tables to be utilised at the same time. The whole system is lifted and repositioned, requiring no cut outs in the soffit formwork. The Multi Purpose Trolley is used in conjunction with the Table Prop Swivel Castor Wheels for quickly repositioning Tables of any size. The use of hydraulics in the Multi Purpose Trolley makes extremely light work of lowering the Tables while the Swivel Castor Wheels allow speedy and effortless relocation of the Tables with minimal manpower. Swivel Castor Wheels The Swivel Castor Wheels are pressed from Heavy Sheet Steel and incorporate a Double Ball Bearing Head as well as Safety Stop Locks which all combine to provide maximum safety and incredible durability. 3

Place the Primary Beams into the Prop Heads, mark on these the Secondary Beam and Prop Leg locations. Place outer 4 Secondary Beams over the Prop Heads and re-attach the Clamp Plates. Tighten Plates, check the Formwork is level and the diagonals are equal to ensure the frame is square. Step 3 Step 4 Place a string line along one edge of the 4 outer Secondary Beams. Position the remaining Secondary Beams and fix them to the Primary Beams with the GTX to GTX Cleats. Position and fix the Plywood to the Tableform as detailed on the RMD Kwikform Drawings. Step 5 Step 6 Lift the Tableform onto the Prop Attachment Jig. Attach the Prop Legs to the Prop Heads. Remove the completed Tableform from the Jig and position on site as detailed on the RMD Kwikform drawing. 4
