City of Council Bluffs DATE OF ISSUE: April 6 th, 2018 DATE OF BID OPENING: 3:00 p.m. on the 13th day of April 2018 The following changes, corrections, clarifications and additions shall be made to the Specifications and Contract Documents for the above-named project and shall be as binding as if incorporated in the original Contract Documents. The Contractor shall acquaint himself with all aspects of this Addendum. All other provisions and stipulations of the Contract Documents remain in effect, as originally issued. The Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the Bid Form. The following shall be deleted, modified or added to as follows: CHANGES TO THE SPECIFICATIONS: BID FORM Quantities were changed for bid items 1-3 Earthwork Excavation & Embankment (Onsite) and 1-4 Earthwork Import & Embankment Delete current Bid Form in its entirety. BIDDER accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Instructions to Bidders, including, without limitation, those dealing with the disposition of Bid Security. This Bid will remain open for ninety (90) days after the day of Bid Opening. BIDDER will sign the Agreement and submit the Contract Security and other documents required by the Contract Documents within seven (7) days after the date of OWNER'S Notice of Award. 3. The terms used in this bid, which are defined in the General Conditions of the Construction Contract included as a part of the Contract Documents, have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions. 9.
