4 ENSURING YOUR TRAINING HITS THE TARGET MADE TO MEASURE OR READY TO ROLL? There are two types of training we offer at TACK: Made to Measure or Ready to Roll. If you have multiple colleagues with the same needs or you want to create consistency within a team, then we d recommend a Made to Measure programme. We ll work with you to design the course, create the right messages and deliver it at your offices or at a location of your choice. If you re looking for a course that addresses individual training needs, it may be our Ready to Roll open courses that are the best solution for you. You may need a uniform delivery for a large number of your team as well as some individual needs. In this instance, a combination of Made to Measure and Ready to Roll may be required. All Ready to Roll courses can also be delivered as in-company training if your organisation requires a large number of delegates to attend.
