Diploma in Personnel Management from an Institute/University of repute, with at least five years experience as Manager (Admn /Estate) in the scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100 in PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- or equivalent in an organisation of repute having total relevant experience of 12 years in Administration / Estate in a responsible capacity. Candidates having worked in Scientific Research Institutes, Teaching Institutes and persons of proven leadership qualities will be preferred.
