2 What Is An Erg? We foster a culture built on mutual respect for our differences because we believe that diversity and inclusion is a hallmark of our ingenuity, team spirit and innovation engine to support clients. We promote diversity through the endorsement of 11 Resource Groups (ERGs) in North America that promote diversity and inclusion, while generating business opportunities and contributing to employee development and retention. ERGs promote a work culture of mutual respect and value for differences, enabling people to collaboratively deliver innovative solutions. An ERG can be thought of as a network of colleagues with a common purpose. Any employee can join an employee resource group, or create a new employee resource group (with appropriate ERG leadership approval). We currently have over 2,000 employees involved in ERGs and they ve committed over 9,500 hours over the past year engaging with various activities, events, conferences, etc. 2 Employee Resource Groups
3 Why Join An Erg? Develop communication, presentation, and networking skills through ERG engagement. Discover additional avenues to achieve your career goals through ERG involvement.
