SGS offers solutions to all grounds maintenance, cleaning and facility services requirements with management expertise in servicing all industries. We are large enough to respond quickly and effectively to all requests, yet small and agile enough to adapt to the continually changing needs of the property market. ANAGEMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE SGS believes its success is due to building on and nurturing its strong relationships with its clients. Our hands-on management style means that senior management play a crucial role in client liaison and customer satisfaction. This means you are dealing directly with the decision makers, the Management at SGS, who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations and are able to ensure a personalised and responsive service. 3 LIENT SATISFACTION IS OUR CORE BUSINESS SUCCESS Client satisfaction is important to us. SGS has a tailored Quality Control system that ensures a high delivery of service quality is achieved and maintained. Our Quality Control system consists of: SGS Client Services Schedule Designed for multi-site contracts to ensure clear communications between all parties. SGS Periodical Schedule List of periodical gardening services specifications (checked off as service completed). SGS Grounds Maintenance Services Report Monthly report and meeting for evaluation and feedback purpose for large Contracts. For large contracts we offer a Client Portal accessible by pin code; this provides client with immediate access to relevant documentation. Our Operations Management will perform regular OH&S and quality inspections to ensure that the standard is up to client s satisfaction. To maintain a high standard, SGS regularly measures and reviews the performance of its services. The key to ensuring that SGS s required standard is maintained at all times is proactive management and communication; elements of our business that we are proud of. SGS s policy of close client liaison and immediate attention to every client request, complaint or emergency, has resulted in SGS developing a solid reputation for stability, expertise and reliability at a competitive price. 4 SGS offers a comprehensive range of services to a broad range of industries, these include; Corporate, Residential, Health & Aged Care, Education, Government, Retail & Industrial Gardening & Grounds Maintenance Services Gardening maintenance; Lawns mowed and edges trimmed; Blowing paved areas; Fertilising; Watering; Mulching; Spraying; Hedge trimming; Large area mowing; Slashing & brush cutting; Removal of garden waste; Roof gutter cleaning (up to 3 storeys). Safety & Facility Services Electrical Testing & Tagging services; Emergency & Exit Light testing; Air-conditioning Services; Fire Services; General Maintenance. Commercial Cleaning Services General cleaning services up to 7 days per week; Specialist carpet cleaning; Flood & fire restoration; Low & high rise window cleaning; Hard floor care & restoration; Power sweeping, scrubbing & degreasing; Pressure washing; Builders detail cleaning; Hygiene & washroom services; Supply of cleaning consumables. Waste management services; Hard waste removal; 24hr emergency response 4 Page
5 Grounds maintenance equipment used throughout each contract must be of commercial grade, all equipment is serviced at a minimum of every six months, and electrical equipment is serviced/tagged every 3 or 6 months depending on usage. All equipment used must meet air quality and safety standards with vacuum equipment comprising adequate suction power and effective filter systems to prevent dust being disseminated into the local environment. All prospective staff are interviewed and have references checked as to their honesty and employment background and will not be selected if there is any doubt about them as a security risk. It is SGS s intention to provide staff whose employment background will be complementary to your business. In the recruitment of their personnel they are selective towards the applicant s presentation, health and general conduct. All new employees inducted to SGS are given a Starter Kit, which provides all the information, relevant forms; check lists and training records needed to ensure proper induction of the employee. All SGS staff are supplied with uniforms and identification appropriate to their role and customer requirements. SGS s training strategy incorporates both work procedures and safety related issues to ensure that all of our employees are adequately skilled to carry out their duties safely, correctly and efficiently and with minimal environmental impact. All new employees are inducted to the company, the site and their respective tasks. All existing employees undergo a three monthly review, Quality Time Session to maintain their safety awareness and skill level. Any existing employee transferring from another site must be taken through the site induction as well as the task induction to capture any site-specific policies, procedures and methodologies. Employees undertake First Aid (Level 1 and 2) training. 5 Page

7 UNITING CARE HARRISON SGS provides Gardening, Grounds Maintenance, mowing, large area mowing and slashing services to Uniting Care Harrison. SGS performs services over 8 Sites throughout the Metropolitan area extending from the Western suburbs to beyond Lilydale in the far Eastern suburbs. 7 Page
8 SUTHERLAND PLACE STURT ST SOUTHBANK SGS supports the Full Time Caretaker through the provision of Weekend Cleaning and Gardening Services; the site comprises multiple gardens and hedged areas around a substantial internal courtyard encompassing a pool, tennis court and pavilion. 8 Page
9 ETTARO APARTMENTS, BRUNSWICK EAST Ettaro Apartments in Brunswick East; the development comprises three 4 level residential buildings with basement car parking area; the site is fully landscaped between the buildings and at the front and rear and has a landscaped bbq and sauna area on the top floor of one building. SGS provides both Gardening Maintenance & Cleaning services to Ettaro Apartments. 9 Page
10 ST MARY S APARTMENTS, GEELONG St Mary s Apartments is situated at 190 Myers St, Geelong. The building comprises 59 apartments over 5 residential levels, basement car park area and a garden courtyard area plus various other garden and lawn areas. 11 THE EASTON APARTMENTS, BURWOOD The Easton Apartments is situated at 399 Burwood Road, Burwood. The building comprises 126 apartments over 4 levels, plus basement parking and is on a floor plate of approximately 3,600 sqm. The garden and lawn areas have three street frontages plus a large central garden area between the two wings.. SGS provides both Grounds Maintenance & Cleaning services to Easton Apartments. 11 Page
