2 About the Conference Now in its 15 th year, the Home Ownership & Leasehold Management Conference and Exhibition continues to be the annual conference for professionals working in the leasehold and home ownership arena, dedicated to keeping you up-to-date with the latest government initiatives and changes to legislation whilst developing knowledge and skills. We re continuing to face challenging conditions for the delivery of affordable housing and this years conference is more vital than ever to those working in Local Authorities, Housing Associations, ALMO s and managers of mixed tenure estates who are steering their organisations through legislative changes in home ownership. An array of leading experts in the sector will consider the key changes and challenges ahead and explore ways in which the affordable home ownership sector can respond innovatively and effectively. This years event promises to be the most interactive yet, offering delegates the perfect opportunity to receive the information they really need to take back to their organisation and make a difference. This national two day event is aimed at Directors, Managers and front line staff working in Finance, Right to Buy, Property Sales and Marketing, Homebuy and Leasehold Management including Leasehold Managers, Managers of mixed tenure estates or people with an interest in this area of housing management. Two months before the event you will then receive another invoice for the remaining charges. If you cancel a booking you will charged the following cancellation fees; Cancellations before the 1st January 2012 you will be charged 50% of your booking, any cancellations after the 1 st January will be charged the full fee. Limitation of Liability i) The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) accepts responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered whilst attending this event if it is directly due to negligence on our part. ii) Exhibitors are responsible for taking care of their own property. iii) This booking is subject to the usual CIH Terms and Conditions G. Cancellation of Events: The CIH may have to cancel an event. In this case, we will return any fees already received. We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of this cancellation.
