1 Sponsorship Opportunities Tapestry: A Day for You Allen County War Memorial Coliseum 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tapestry is a day of inspiration, renewal and education for women in all stages of life while also raising funds for scholarships at IPFW. In the past 16 years, nearly $900,000 has been raised and 78 students have received scholarships to study health sciences at IPFW. Words cannot express how appreciative I am that I was a recipient of the 2017 Tapestry Parkview Health Sciences Scholarship. I have always had the dream to go to college and to serve others. KEYNOTE SPEAKER The 2018 Tapestry keynote speaker will be announced soon. Stay tuned for this exciting news. Booth workers must have their pass for admittance into Tapestry. No pass is needed on set-up day. 2. Box lunches are available for booth workers to enjoy during the lunch program. Each pre-ordered box lunch is $14. The pre-paid lunches will be available for pick-up at a central location in the Expo Center. Please let us know how many box lunches you will need: Unless requested, each booth will have one 8 table with skirt and covering, an 8 high back drop curtain, banner hooks and a 3 high draped divider between booths. Backdrop curtain may be used to hang a banne nly. Additional skirted tables are available for a cost of $15 each. You may have up to hairs in your charge. (no charge) By signing this agreement, sponsor has entered into a binding agreement with Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and Tapestry: A Day for You and guarantees payment and participation in the Tapestry event. A cancellation will be considered a donation to the Tapestry Scholarship Fund.

6 Sponsor Contract 4. Electrical outlets (120vac, watts, 20 amps) are available at an additional cost of $30 each. Each outlet has four duplexes. Please note that electrical outlet requests on the day of set-up cost $50 each and $100 on the day of the event. How many outlets do you require? Payment Summary: 1. Sponsorship Level = 2. IPFW s obligation to hold Sponsor/Exhibitor, their affiliates, officers, employees, or representatives harmless shall be limited in substance by statutes and constitutional provisions designed to protect the exposure and liability of the University as an instrumentality of the State of Indiana (e.g., actions and conditions as to which the University is immunized by the Indiana Tort Claims Act, dollar limits stated in such Act, exemption from punitive damages, the continued ability to defeat a claim by reason of contributory negligence or fault of claimant), so that its liability to indemnify, defend and hold harmless shall not exceed what might have been its liability to a claimant if sued directly by the claimant in Indiana and all appropriate defenses had been raised by the University.
