SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR INFORMATION New for VANTAGE Nashville 2016 To keep your sponsorship and booth costs as low as possible, we are offering tiered pricing for sponsorships and booths at VANTAGE

All prices listed below are early bird rates and will increase for standard and late rates per the dates below. Standard rates (an 8% increase from the early bird rate) will be from March 4- April 8.

1 SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR INFORMATION New for VANTAGE Nashville 2016 To keep your sponsorship and booth costs as low as possible, we are offering tiered pricing for sponsorships and booths at VANTAGE Nashville: Early bird rates (the same prices as VANTAGE Las Vegas 2015) will be from Jan. 1-March 3. All prices listed below are early bird rates and will increase for standard and late rates per the dates below. Standard rates (an 8% increase from the early bird rate) will be from March 4- April 8. Late rates (7% increase from the standard rate) will be from April 8 and beyond. Please note that these rates for are sponsorships and booths only; registrations must be purchased separately. Platinum Sponsorships Expo Hall Reception - $13,250 Company logo featured prominently in expo are for the duration of expo hall reception Napkins branded with sponsor s company logo Opportunity to distribute additional premium item(s) during reception Opportunity to enhance company visibility during reception through own promotional efforts (table décor with company colors/logo, etc.) Conference Attendee Gift - $13,250 SOLD Sponsor s company logo printed on official conference attendee gift to be given to registered client attendees (Elite to provide the premium item). Estimated quantity to be ordered 500 items. Opportunity for sponsor to distribute the gift from sponsor s booth (please note that booth would need to be adequately manned to handle distribution and any necessary clean up). Alternatively, the gift may be included in the conference registration bag. 1

Elite to provide keys to the chest or similar means for clients to attempt to unlock the chest to win the contents. 5 Container Splash Screen Sponsor company logo to be displayed in lower right hand corner on the secondary splash screen. Note that this will only appear the very first time a user opens the event app (or every time the app is turned off and then reopened). Banner Ad Banner ad to appear on main page on the middle screen marketing loop. This can be linked to the sponsor s website or approved collateral. Push Notification - Elite will send notification(s) to all mobile app users. Sponsor to provide the information to be pushed out to app users (to be approved by Elite). Gamification - Elite to create a scavenger hunt challenge specific to the sponsor. *Gold-level can be reached by purchasing one of the above sponsorships or by purchasing multiple sponsorships equal in cost. Silver Sponsorships* New Opportunity! Water Cooler Cover Sponsor $7,000 Sponsor s logo printed on 8 ½ x 11 laminated sign attached to each water cooler station (approximately 12 water cooler stations will be placed throughout conference area) Sponsor company logo printed on cups and napkins to be placed at each water station New Opportunity! Bronze Sponsorships Learning Zone - $5,000 Ability to have your own table inside the Learning Zone for demo purposes. Company logo displayed on signage throughout the Learning Zone location Company logo used as the wallpaper background on each monitor in the Learning Zone Opportunity to have collateral/premium pieces on table in Learning Zone Signage recognition at the Learning Zone EXHIBITORS: Premium booth assignment in expo hall after Silver sponsors booths are assigned (booths not included in sponsorship packages and must be purchased separately). Learning Zone sponsors has first option of selecting the booth closest to the high-traffic Learning Zone. Note: TRE reserves the right to distribute TRE branded materials and premiums in the learning zone. Conference Meals - $3,500 each (Monday Breakfast, Tuesday Breakfast, Wednesday Breakfast Available) Company logo highlighted for duration of event, where possible 6

VANTAGE Hand Sanitizer $3,000 Sponsor s logo to be placed on hand sanitizer bottle which will be placed into conference bags or distributed at registration counter or sponsor booth (Elite to provide sanitizer). Tech Pouch $2,500 (booth purchase required) Sponsor s logo to be printed on tech pouch (designed to keep cords and cables together), to be distributed at sponsor s booth (Elite to provide branded pouches). Personalized Hotel Phone Message $2,500 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Available) Sponsor to provide script (maximum 65 words), and conference hotel will record and distribute a 30- second message on the phone in hotel rooms of VANTAGE guests staying at the Omni. Script must be approved by Elite. VANTAGE Lip Balm - $2,500 SOLD Sponsor s logo to be placed on lip balm, which will be placed into conference bags or distributed at registration counter or sponsor s booth (Elite to provide lip balm). 10 New Opportunity! Chair Massage Sponsor - $1,600 SOLD Treat clients to a brief chair massage at your booth! Hotel spa will deliver massage chair and provide masseuse for 4-hour block (contact Elite for pricing for additional time) Conference Registration Bag Insert - $1,250 each (5 available) Collateral piece (no premium items) placed in conference registration bag. Collateral must be approved by Elite. Additional charge will be assessed for inserts of more than 6 pages New Opportunity! Slot Machine Sponsorship $750 each (12 available) As a slot machine sponsor, your company logo will be placed on a reel in one of two custom design slot machines (along with the other sponsors). Clients will exchange a ticket for one slot machine pull per day for a chance to win. There will be approximately 10 winners for each sponsor per day. Winning clients will visit sponsor s booth to receive prize (prize should be valued at $5 or above and will be provided by sponsor. Demo Room Pod - $6,000 for 3 days (3-day purchase minimum) (contact Elite for availability) 8x8 stand-alone oval pods that are 5 feet high. Each pod will come with a table, 4 chairs and electric. You can either use the hotel internet available in the conference area or pay for wired internet. Signage provided These pods will be constructed for each sponsor (they do not currently exist in the space) New Opportunity! Escalator Decal - $600 each (24 available) Each escalator cling will be 3 feet x 3 feet, branded with sponsor s company logo, and double-sided. Will be placed on the clear sides of the glass on escalator in conference area. 10

Partner Exhibitor (Booth) Space One booth space - $3,500 if you reserve before March 3 (with a booth purchase, you ll get a code for two partner registrations discounted to $625 each; additional partner registrations are $1395 each) 8 x 10 Booth Space Each booth space will be draped and include a sign identifying your company. A table and chairs is included in the booth. In order to ensure the quality of our events, Elite retains to right to decline any non-partner the ability to exhibit, sponsor, or attend VANTAGE Nashville as a registrant. Sponsorship and Booth Payments All sponsorship and booth spaces must be paid for by credit card when you reserve your booth and/or sponsorship online. Again, please note that there is tiered pricing for booths and sponsorships this year, so we encourage you to buy your sponsorship and/or booth early: Early bird rates (which will be the same prices as VANTAGE Nashville 2015) will be from Jan. 1- March 3. 12 Registration Payments Partner Exhibitors and/or Sponsors must register anyone attending VANTAGE Nashville online. Payment by credit card is due at the time of registration. If you buy a booth, you will receive a discount code to reduce your first two attendees to $625 each. Any additional attendees will be $1395 each. Registrations can be purchased here. Non-partners may contact Elite for registration information. Non-partner exhibitors may contact Elite for registration information. All booth and sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Elite retains the right to refuse any sponsor, exhibitor/vendor, or registrant from conference entry and participation. Partners who have outstanding fees at the time of the event will be denied access. 12
