3 WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5TH FROM 7:30-10:30 PM FUN NIGHT: Destination Unknown This year s Fun Night will take place on Wednesday, August 5 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. The event, referred to as Destination Unknown, will take guests on a trip around the world to visit some of the most popular interesting countries. Below are different areas in which business partners may sponsor and gain additional branding at what s become the most talked-about state association Conference. Paris Dessert Station Sponsor- $1,500 SOLD Paris, the city of love, and who doesn t love desserts? Paris is best known for some of its delectable desserts and coffee. Sponsor a coffee station and an array of nostalgic desserts set around a 15 Eiffel tower, allowing attendees to feel as though they are enjoying an after dinner treat right at the foot of the Eiffel tower in Paris! Includes special signage. Your company logo can be included on one of the desserts (based on what the hotel chef says will work best) $ without company logo on desserts $ with company logo on some desserts Caricature Artist- $3,500 Classic caricature artists are back! One of the most popular activities ever at the FHCA Conference Fun Night was caricature artists so we are bringing them back! Artists will draw the classic big head, little body type of caricature incorporating the guests favorite sport, hobby or occupation. Guests will leave Fun Night with a take-away they can keep forever and includes the sponsor s logo on the paper.

4 India Indian Cuisine - $1,500 Traditional India small plates will be available for guests to enjoy in this area. Napkins and signage with sponsor logo is included. Henna Tattoo Artist - $2,500 Henna tattoo is an ancient technique of body art deriving from the Indian culture. These Henna Artists will paint an image that only takes a few minutes onto the hands of guests. Artists do this freehand and can incorporate sponsor letters (such as FHCA but not a logo) into the design they are painting. Includes special signage. Bollywood Dancers - $1,500 Authentically costumed Bollywood dancers will perform between band sets. Following their performance the ladies will stroll the India area posing for pictures. Signage displaying sponsors logo will be placed throughout India.

5 Egypt Photo Booth - $3,500 SOLD Guests will travel through time and take their pictures at the digital photo booth to remember the evening for years to come. They will have various props depicting Fun Night countries to wear in their photo which will be taken in front of a green screen as they choose their favorite country to use as the back-drop. Guests will be able to take a 4 x 6 photo with sponsor and FHCA s logo on it. Tarot Card Reader - $1,500 Guests will explore the mysteries of life and dabble in the future with a brief visit with a Tarot Card Reader. Although the origin of tarot is unknown, it is thought that the cards are based on a holy book written by Egyptian priests. Sponsor signage in the Tarot Card reading area will be provided.

6 Australia Reptile Hand ler - $1,500 Complete with trainer and an alligator and snake, an animal handler will walk around the area designated for Australia, answers questions and pose for photos with guests all while holding an alligator or snake which are indigenous of the Australian Outback. The Handler will wear the sponsor s logo d shirt during the event. Sand Sculpture - $3,500 Throughout the night, a sand sculptor will have guests coming back all evening long as they watch what will come next and figure out what is being created in the sand. The sculptor will reach heights in sand that defy the laws of physics and include the sponsor s logo in the masterpiece.

7 Other Additional Opportunities TRADE SHOW OPPORTUNITIES Trade Show Internet and Charging Stations (2 Stations total) - $5,500 (per co-sponsor) SOLD Be the sponsor of the one area where attendees can gain internet access, charge their tablets and phones, meet, mingle and relax o Multiple Logo Branding Opportunities o Special Signage o Maximum of 2 co-sponsors per lounge o Flat screen TV in center of lounge for maximum branding opportunities and important Conference announcements Trade Show Coffee Break - $5,500 SOLD Be the hit of the show by sponsoring a coffee break for all attendees on the Trade Show Floor on Tuesday, August 4 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. This great opportunity will provide exposure for your brand through personalized coffee cup sleeves and beverage napkins. Your company will be recognized on special signage as well as having your representative greeting the crowd. *up to 3 co-sponsorships available; all co-sponsors must be confirmed by May 23 or break will be canceled.

8 TRADE SHOW OPPORTUNITIES Cont d Welcome Cocktail Party $5,500 (3 available) Monday, August 3-5 to 7 p.m. Everyone attends this festive event which takes place the opening day in the Trade Show hall! Sponsorship includes 10 beverage tickets, specialized koozies, beverage napkins and signage at the Trade Show Monday evening. Trade Show Aisle Signage - $1,500 (SOLD) Your company logo and booth number will be prominently displayed on 4 x 8 directional signs used to mark each aisle in the Trade Show. Attendees will refer to them when navigating the hall. Artwork must be provided by Friday, June 5, PRE- FUNCTION SPACE OPPORTUNITIES Refreshment Breaks - $1,500 (SOLD) Attendees very much appreciate these beverage breaks during the week. This sponsorship includes signage and a materials table in the break area. Customized napkins will also be provided with their company logo to be used at the break. Selection from available breaks will be made on a first-paid basis. Pre- Function Internet Sponsor - $5,500 (4 available) Sponsor interent access in the pre-function areas surrounding the educational rooms. Gain maximum exposure by having the landing home page be your website! Custom signage with logo will instruct attendees how to log on during the specified times. Username and password are also customizable. 9 EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Mega Session: Legislative Panel Sponsor- $3,500 Sponsor the featured speaker(s) at the largely attended general session. This sponsorship will include the opportunity to introduce the speaker(s) as well as make a 1-2 minute introduction or provide a professional marketing video about your company to play for the attendees. Video must be approved three weeks prior by FHCA. You will have the opportunity to pass out materials during the session or have a table in the back of the room for your materials and promotional items. Tuesday, August 4, 2:30-4:00 p.m. Legislative Update: FHCA Goverment Affairs Team (last year had attendees) No other event will be happening at this time.
