2 IR-4 Milestones! 1963! 1975! 1976! 1977! 1982! 1989 Initiated by the Directors of State Agricultural Experiment Stations working with the U.S. Department of Agriculture- Cooperative States Research Service. Regional Leader Laboratories- established to provide regional coordination and analytical services. USDA-ARS established minor use program Expanded to cover nursery and floral crops, forest seedlings, turfgrass, Christmas trees, and woody nursery stock Expanded to cover registration of Biological Pest Control Agents Established a GLP program
