2 ACCESS All lots have access to council maintained roads, farm driveways or farm tracks. HARVESTING ARRANGEMENTS All straw will be baled and removed by purchasers. The vendors will inform the purchasers of harvest arrangements. Purchasers must remove straw within 10 days of notification. VIEWING All crops can be viewed at any reasonable time, with a set of these particulars. Please note that due to a variety of climatic conditions, it is strongly recommended that all prospective purchasers inspect all of the lots that they are interested in prior to the auction.
