2 Page 2 of 6 Summary The last 10 years I have changed from working mostly as a developer to be a full-time agile coach. I have had the benefit of helping several companies use Agile and Lean methods to improve productivity and profitability while at the same time creating a working environment which opens up peoples creativity and is more fun. My major motivation that made me exchange software development to organizational development; helping companies and the people they are made up of, thrive and be more valueable parts of a sustainable society. Recent Work History present Handelsbanken I am currently working with IT management, growing a change team, coaching teams, and overall helping the bank in major transition to become Agile. Reference: Klas Bornälv, member of IT top management Bambora I helped this startup to explore opportunities to be faster and more value-driven. I coached the product-owner group and several teams and worked with the IT management. Reference: Anna Almén, Head of IT Stockholm SEB IT I helped SEB IT to be more Agile. I assembled a change team, showed top management the benefit of an Agile transition, and got their commitment to the change. I worked with all parts of the IT organization together with business people from the division to inspire and support the change that is still ongoing and will be for many years. Working out a new agile way of working with management and coaching the organisation in the transformation. I interviewed them, held classes in Scrum, Agile and Lean, and held several work-shops, and thereby facilitate creative change and refinment of their work processes. The site and crm-system was developed in Python, Django hosted in Google Appengine and Google Apps. I developed a simple crm-system and a site for a manning company PerformIQ ( together with 2 friends. During 2009 I also on weekends and vacations developed a multiblogg community for sport together with 2 friends. We used multi-user wordpress with buddypress plugin and MySql database, and hosted it on slicehost.com > Swedish Television Interactive division and Developer I first got an assignment as Lean coach, helping a department of 45 employees to improve their processes in more Lean and Agile direction. I worked with the management team and coached them to redraw the divisions development processes. This assignment lasted for 4 months, after which I got another assignment as developer in the infrastructure team, which is my current assignment. I have in this team been part of developing the new transcoding and integration system for the mobile version of SVTPlay including Iphone. I have strived to enforce the XP practices of the team, and have helped implement TDD, Continous Integration, Pair programming and Collective Code Ownership. We have also switched from Scrum to Kanban during my time with team. I also have a older daughter, Ylva, who was born -89, from a earlier relation. I devote my leisure time mainly to my family. We spend our summers in Gotland, where we a have a cottage I inherited from my parents. I am also very interested of music and play piano, guitar and sing sometimes.

4 Page 4 of 6 I also try to read as much as I can and I am very interested in computer science, quantum computers, modern physics, astronomy/cosmology, politics, meta-physics, fiction, mathematics and music.
