16 IBM Sub-Capacity What s the catch? Client s Reporting Responsibilities Client agrees to install IBM s License Metric Tool (ILMT) within 90 days of first Sub-Capacity based Eligible Product deployment To promptly install any updates to ILMT that are made available To collect deployment data for each such Endpoint Reports must be prepared at least once per quarter. Failure to generate Reports or provide Reports to IBM will cause charging under full capacity for the total number of physical processor cores activated and available for use on the server. Exceptions to this requirement are when Client s servers are licensed to fullcapacity.
