In light of the current public discussion with regard to the OECD s initiative on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting BEPS, it can be expected that transfer pricing legislation will be expanded and rules will be tightened in almost all jurisdictions around the world. Transfer pricing is and will be a highly challenging and potentially one of the most expensive tax issues for multinational entities. Due to the impact on profits being allocated to different tax jurisdictions, transfer pricing has become the focus of all tax authorities around the globe, which aim to protect their country s tax base in a tightened global economic environment. Transfer pricing documentation with one click TPshare: Filing of transfer pricing-relevant offline documents in a central document management The different modules can be implemented separately or as an integrated solution (including CbCRmanager). It is also possible to customize the software to specific client s needs on an individual basis to perfectly meet all client requirements.

The TPtransactions ensures full transparency on previously unclassified transactions (undefined). TPdocumentation To support the transfer pricing documentation according to the OECD (master and local file), predefined text modules, questionnaires or tables can be provided as templates within the TPmanager. TPdocumentation allows the creation of master and local file documentation partially automated for each entity. By using TPdocumentation, a group-wide standardized documentation will be guaranteed. The entire transfer pricing documentation is customizable to our clients needs. The module TPfile review supports the review process by using a tracking functionality.

A status overview of the transfer pricing process with a check box function ensures a quick overview of all entities within the group. For usability purposes, multiple search and filter functions are available.

In case there aren t any defined processes yet or there is a need for optimization, we also offer analysis and process consultation on demand. The precise functional and technical requirements will then be identified and, if necessary or favoured, a concept for the individual adaptations will be worked out. The results will be integrated in an individual project plan and a corresponding project start will be agreed.
