21 Based on Case stories NAV FERRING Just finalised a global implementation of 28 countries all using same version of NAV ISS Started 2006 to build core and first pilot implementations done. Expect to implement NAV in countries using same version

29 Considerations before. Why do we need a new system? Business processes or.? NEVER just the same as the old Need internal resources who? Business champs (sales controller etc.) To define Best Practices and requirements How to sell the idea to subsidiaries? Provide something that is helpful flows/reports etc Avoid forcing (at least until the end)!

30 Global ERP project process Based on i.e. Ferring / ISS experiences Is NOT just an IT-project! Several studies show that most ERP implementation exceed budget, do not deliver in time and never realise expected benefits Business involvement and planning is essential
