Paid for by customer and operated by customer with no guarantees. Option 2 - Guaranteed Savings Client financed with a guarantee of savings to cover debt and ongoing costs to operate project. Option 3 - Shared Savings Financed solution customized for your needs by adjusting the length, project cost & shared savings breakdown of the project. All projects costs paid by the savings, and based only on performance.
