Nightclubs are highly demanding environments, utilizing a lot of different equipment at near maximum output for hours on end. There are some aspects of nightclub systems that make them unique: Combination of stereo and mono zones of audio Ability to control zones from different locations throughout the venue Separate operators for the audio, video, and lighting systems Versatile design and wide range of products to allow for different modes of operation Complex distributed audio, lighting, and video systems The lighting system is a major element in a nightclub. There are several series from Martin to achieve many different looks. The Martin RUSH has some smaller moving head fixtures, beam lights, and effect lights to complement nightclubs of all sizes and budget. For more output, Martin Quantum and Aura XB add an extra punch. Many clubs utilize outdoor architectural lighting to help draw customers in and there are several options in the Martin Exterior to light any facade. Atmospheric effects are needed to bring lighting fixtures and effects to their full potential. The Martin RUSH series has outstanding products for this purpose, including the Club Smoke Dual system that utilizes a remote base station that can feed up to 6 fog or haze head units. The Martin Jem series has fog, haze and fan units to supply the right look to any nightclub. Lighting and atmospheric effects need to be controlled very accurately and efficiently. Martin has several DMX controller options. M- Controllers have many hardware options depending on the amount of physical controls and DMX universes needed, and all utilize the same software platform. HARMAN has many products that make up a complete sound system solution for nightclubs. While loudspeakers from the JBL Marquis and VTX lines are used on a dance floor or VIP areas, the AE series can support bar and other fill areas, AW and AWC can deliver sound to any outdoor space, and Control series can take care of the lobby or other areas needing sound reinforcement at lower SPL.
