1 SS BLOY Hong Kong Limited Introduction of Microsoft Dynamics X 2012 Communication Overview SS BLOY Hong Kong Limited wishes to advise that from 4 September 2014 (Thursday) we will be running our business on a new software system, Microsoft Dynamics X The new system provides a more advanced data management technology which in the long term will increase our ability to achieve a more seamless flow of information. Ultimately, we will be able to deliver value faster and more efficiently through the streamlining of our business processes leading to improved customer service. Frequently sked uestions uestion 1 Will there be a shut down period at SS BLOY Hong Kong whilst the change over happens? NO. During the change-over peiod on 1 3 September 2014, all SS BLOY Hong Kong s business functions such as Order-Placing, Goods Delivery, Customer Service, Payment and Finance will be maintained operatable and contactable as usual. However, please expect some system slow down, while we make the change-over. On 4 September (Thursday), we will resume all transactional business as normal. uestion 2 Do Customers or Vendors need to do anything? NO. This changeover is internal and the effect on you, our valued Customers & Vendors, will be minimal. However, after the system update, all documents issued by SS BLOY Hong Kong Limited will have a new look.

No. Please contact us in the usual way. ll Sales Team Contact Details remain unchanged. Our Sales & Customer Service Team will continue to handle Customers enquiries. Contact details remain unchanged. uestion 5 Will there be any changes to SS BLOY Hong Kong s Pricing / MO or MOV requirement / Delivery Services / Payment Terms & Method / Goods Return Policy to Customers? NO. There will be no changes to our Goods, Pricing and Service offer to customers. We wish the software system change over will have minimal effect on our valued Customers.
