5 IT Service Desk Stats Requests Submitted to IT 19, In the last 6 months, we ve received 10,298 requests!

6 IT Service Desk Location Change 2 service desks until June 1 A104 Library A104 Service Desk will be closed down June 1 Library will be the new permanent Service Desk location

7 New Science & Technology Building - Update August 2016: IT gains access to building 30 days to complete all work Network installation A/V install September 2016: occupancy and opening of building All IT hands on deck to complete installation for Fall 2016 semester

8 AV Updates Recent Accomplishments: Upgraded monitors on wheels Implemented BOSE powered speaker system for events Customized COW for library use and loan out Upcoming advances: Instructional videos to become available on IT site New lighting system in A130 Evergreening 20 Classrooms Upgrades to 4 theatres & 5 computer labs
