In This regard, HHEC has been engaged as Implementing Agency for maintenance and operation of HMC in addition to their presence for marketing of Handloom Products. Details of area Handloom Marketing Complex at Janpath, Delhi Validity 10 days from the date of publication.

3 Terms and conditions 1) Should Provide Authorization certificate. 2) List of clients where they have implemented. 3) Scope of service covers a) Software supply and Installation as per Annexure A b) Hardware Equipment supply along with OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty and technical documents to be supplied as per Annexure B. c) Hardware installation and setting up of LAN ( Local Area Network) and centralized UPS at the complex as per Annexure C. 4) The equipments need to be supplied at HMC and work initiated for setting up the centralized sale system at HMC within 5 days of finalizing the quotation and issue of purchase order. 5) Successful bidder has the sole responsibility to undertake implementation of the system as per the schematic in Annexure C

4 Annexure A a) Software Specifications 1. Busy Enterprise Server ES14.0 Points to consider during implementation 1) Barcode which would be implemented would be of 16 characters out of which two characters would be reserved for identification of the vendor. Should include cost price, design and category of the product an should be able to create n level categories. 2) Compatibility with other ERP system. The data has to be centrally stored for HMC therefore the data has to be given in prescribed format in Excel so that it can be imported into Busy ES ) There should be a system for inward entry of inventory in the system for which bill would be generated for outward sales entry. 4) The Software should generate bills and the bills should not be generated for product not there in inventory. 5) It should be implemented in client server architecture with the provision that only the super user i.e in this case the DC (Handlooms) / their representative can view all the accounts of the shops in the HMC complex but the individual shops can view only their account and not other s account. 6) The server is to be accessible through the internet through static IP from the authorized locations. Total Number of license for which quotation is invited is 18. Implementation cost has to be included in the quotation separately. 2. Microsoft SQL server (standard) 2014 with 15 cal license. 3.
