7 Technology Adoption Process The Technology Adoption Process (TAP) is owned, governed and facilitated by the CTO office within acora. Each technology pillar has a technology Enterprise Architect who is accountable, along with the CTO for the roadmap of technology within each pillar. The following process will be followed for all technology adoption into the acora portfolio and service catalogue: 1. The CTO & EA will be responsible for the identification of new & disruptive technologies from the industry through thought leadership, demonstrating clear opinions of viability in the market 2. The CTO & EA will partner with the Business Development Lead role to interact with existing customers, technology specialists in the industry and SME s within acora to identify potential business value propositions 3. The EA & BDL will validate the propositions through proof of concepts, market feedback and value recognition to build a go to market proposition, identify internal training requirements, partners, marketing etc along with the commercial charges with the CFO 4. Work with the accountable service delivery & engineering heads within acora to ensure we are able to provide a stable, end to end business capability to our customers and the sales force are selling the solution consistently across our customer sectors Identify Incubate Validate Adopt Thought leadership, market disruption, vendor meetings Client requirements, CTO discussions, SME opinion Commercial, Sales, Technology & Process validation Training, delivery & support framework adoption 7
