7 Corpus Web Development CMS Integration Client Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Himachal Pradesh outsourced automation of their five welfare corporation to Corpus Software. Corpus, a US based Media & Entertainment software and services company focused on building cross platform applications bringing rich media experiences like Interactivity, Enhanced TV, Customer Care, Transactional Services, Participatory and Information Services across TV, PC and Mobile Corpus outsourced the Project to Claritus Challenge: The Client wanted to develop an integrated portal for their five corporations with regards to Accounting, Payroll, HR, Inventory, Asset Management System, RTI Management System and Loan Management Module thus enabling them to be completely automated ensuring an E-office with a benefit to be e-enabled to their citizens. Solution : After a thorough study and analysis, our team decided to develop their comprehensive requirement by using multiple components and integrating the same. We developed a Drupal based automation system which enabled the officers to use their daily routine tasks electronically which was being managed manually before. The officers were able to view multiple MIS reports on a dashboard. All 20 offices across the state were connected and were on a common platform and thus the data flow was available in real time and without errors. Challenge: Client had a tumultuous task to showcase over 20,000 products from 500 plus vendors to their customers. The client managed hard and soft copies of catalogues and it was becoming difficult to categorize the products according to the customer needs & requirement. Other major challenges were as follows: Client did not want to reveal the name of the supplier as it had the risk of their customers going directly to the suppliers. Managing the pricing of all the vendors in various currencies and formats. Generation of Quotation was a huge tasks because of disparate information and nuances in the pricing structure. As the Client base was high end, another challenge was to present the same in a rich and elegant manner Technology Microsoft. An ipad app to showcase products to end customer, thus eliminating the hard copies of catalogue completely. The app developed on ipad feeds from the Web based system which is always updated. The sales team is now always geared with the latest information. Customer projects are created in the app and online selection is done at a tap of the finger. The selection can be reviewed and revised at any stage, thus no more paper work and use of sticky notes. Quotation of selection can be generated with right budget prices immediately without having a dependency on back-end team. Quotations can be revised and tracked. Multiple MIS is made available.

Challenge: The client was looking for a product which could manage their entire workflow of a Publication research team. Multiple stake holders like researcher, editors, authors, clients etc. were involved at various stages. These stake-holders shared documents & images with each other and collected the feedback during the process. Also as the client was in the US, the time difference also was key factor for our approvals Solution : Claritus developed Power Search - a product for their internal usage which helped them overcome the challenges and helped them to optimize the users productivity. Some of the features were: Drag-and-Drop Upload: Simply drag images (or a whole folder of images) from your desktop to upload them. You can even drag and drop images from other web sites. Technology PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache Easy-to-use, Integrated Commenting System: Project members can comment and respond to any image at any time. No more phone meetings to go over material together (unless you want to!). Alerts: User can be alerted via when new images or comments are posted to the project. IPTC Support: Any caption and credit information embedded in images will be automatically extracted and displayed. No need to copy the captions from the agency's website Fully Searchable Database: Search on any field (image name, description, embedded IPTC information, etc.).

15 SSIPL CMS Client SSIPL is one of the leading specialty retailer of premium international sports and lifestyle brands in India with a presence across retailing, designing, manufacturing, and franchising of sports and lifestyle products. Today between the company owned & operated and franchisee operated stores the nationwide retail network is of 230 stores across 51 cities. Challenge: The client was facing challenges in managing legal contracts and licenses documents of their stores being used in their day to day operations since they have over 230 stores, thus storage, indexing, retrieving of documents were all being managed in manual/excel formats Solution: To overcome these challenges, we developed a Drupal based Document Management System (DMS) which would enable them to scan/soft copies all documents and perform the following activities: Allows user to upload, view, search and store agreements and other documents. The application sends notification alerts to users at the relevant parameters set out in the application via and SMS. 17 ICSI-PWC IT Consulting Staff Augmentation Client The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the only recognized academic body that regulates and improves the profession of company secretaries in India, which is registered under the Company Secretaries Act, ICSI is headquartered in New Delhi with four regional offices respectively on Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and New Delhi. The work for ICSI was outsourced to Claritus by PWC Challenge: The Client approached us for our SharePoint expertise as the application in use/developed had multiple issues like the crawling of data could never be completed, certain components developed were not up to the Industry standards, the application developed was very slow to load and also optimize their existing huge data.
