To adapt with new trends of technology, Government has created a new strategic plan which highlighting on Digital Government strategy to transform public service delivery. IT roles and functions have changed in the last decade from a business enabler to become strategic necessity thus helping enterprises to improve in their business capabilities. To avoid such pitfalls, the organization must connect and integrate both the business and technology strategic planning so that the organization can embark into continuous digital transformation and to be protected from any disruptions that may come our way. This will ensure the realization of the BTS through the identification and the establishment of desired capabilities.
