37 FAQ When is myhealthpointe going to be available? April/May for myavatar May/June for evolv/tier/insight What if I already bought ConsumerConnect? The ConsumerConnect licenses will be upgraded for myhealthpoint portal licenses What about existing ConsumerConnect users? Are they imported into the new portal? We are investigating an import mechanism for bringing over existing ConsumerConnect users

38 FAQ How are assessments stored in the CareRecord? Assessments are currently stored as XML. We are actively working on a mechanism for bringing that data to the CareRecord. More to come on that piece. What modules can be disabled? Occurs at the configuration page of the practice portal Insurance page, statements page, lab tests, child/associated accounts, secure messaging, referral requests, lab test delay and Google analytics Can live scheduling be disabled? We don t yet support live scheduling, but when we do we will have an on/off toggle for live scheduling How is secure messaging used? Secure messaging is all done within the patient and practice portals to maintain security of PHI and allow communication between patient and provider for medication refill requests, appointment requests and general communication
