Information Technology Information Technology creates large-scale secure IT networks and systems and professional services for U.S. defense and intelligence, state and local government and commercial customers. Mission Systems Mission Systems is a leading integrator of C4ISR systems for land, sea, air, space and cyber defense. 7

8 Marine Systems The Marine Systems group builds complex ships. We design, build and repair nuclear-powered submarines, surface combatants, auxiliary and combat-logistics ships and commercial Jones Act ships. Our shipyards are located on both U.S coasts and operate through three business units. Bath Iron Works BIW builds the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer and the Zumwalt-class ship, the Navy s next generation multi-mission naval surface combatant. Electric Boat Electric Boat is one of the nation s premier submarine builders. NASSCO NASSCO specializes in building and maintaining auxiliary and support ships for the U.S. Navy and oil tankers and dry cargo carriers for commercial markets. 8
