2 PRODUCTVIDEO the innovative connection system for prefabricated concrete elements enables the direct screwing of reinforced concrete elements for all standard connections of large panel construction. combines the advantages of a dry connection with the requirements of the lowest possible assembly tolerances and the qualification of the personnel employed. 4 TEST SETUP: Tests were performed as uniaxial tensile tests to determine the tensile load. Compressive strength of concrete C25/30 - minimum of what is usual in the production of precast elements. For the test, three screws were screwed in and the anchor block was fixed by clamping it in the test machine. The tensile force was applied to the three screws. Additional tests in May Load [kn] expected T z,rd = Stroke [mm] A fracture initially occurred in the upper part of the anchor block (at approx. 80 kn tensile load). There was no brittle fracture due to the structure of the anchor block. After damage to the concrete structure, the screws failed. The observed deformation shows a ductile system. Up to a tensile force of 50 kn, minor deformation was observed in the anchor block compared to the surrounding concrete. Transverse load V x,rd perpendicular to the member plane: To obtain initial results for the transverse force resistance, only the anchor block was tested. The values achieved were around 20 kn, while the anchor block remained undamaged and there were almost no cracks in the surrounding concrete structure. A complete joint (anchor block in combination with screw cavity insert) leads to higher loads and smaller deflection. The complete kit can be viewed as being stiffer and stronger. 15 kn seems a good initial starting point for resistance. The following figure shows the test specimen for transverse load tests and then the test result. Tests will take place in April Nonetheless, at least twice the load of the transverse load V x,rd perpendicular to the plane, i.e. 30 kn, can be expected. Assessment basis: By way of calculation, the design load capacity can be determined in this stage in more than one direction (biaxial or triaxial load) using the following linear interaction formula: T z,rd V x,rd V y,rd < 1 4
